Tom Thumb

My very first time in a Tom Thumb....I am very impressed ordered some Cole cuts exceptionally good sliced the way i like very friendly service went to the produce area very well stocked great organic section to the meat area again great organic items. I have to say a 8.5 all the way...just 2 things isles were very close together and the cashier nice but not so personable great store will be coming back for sure

Friendly and helpful employees.
Everything was tidy and neatly arranged. Fresh seafood area was well stocked and everything looked fresh and immaculate on display for you to inspect. No unpleasant smells, just fresh seafood aromas. They also have a nice selection gift and greeting cards.

The meat department is always clean and fresh. Today the 'tall, dark, handsome gentleman' in white butcher's coat went out his way to make sure I got everything I needed, checked expiry dates for me, adjusted a price sticker as nec... and I'm a very pleased repeat shopper! Thank you!

Need price of tiny apples to come down. My grandson loves them, just right for his mouth and appetite.

Convenient. Easy in and out. Love the mark down meat specials early the day. Get there before noon. Just snagged a great steak for lunch at half off! Take that, steakhouse!

One of the best Pharmacies around. Friendly and knowledgeable staff is very helpful. The grocery store is always clean and usually wall stocked. Even though they are expanding you can hardly tell that construction is going on. Quick checkout too.

I started calling around early afternoon on 6/29/22. Several other Tom Thumbs in the area that didn’t have what I wanted or didn’t have any suggestions. I think I talked to Sylvia over the phone at this location, I asked if they had a strawberry cake available, and they didn’t. However, after she talked with the baker she asked if I wanted to have them make one for me to have ready to pickup later that day. I was shook! No other store offered that. The procrastinator in me was so elated! Here I was calling the day that I needed this specific cake! These precious ladies at this great store really came through for me and was super helpful. The Strawberry cake with strawberry whipped icing and fresh strawberries on top was delicious!!! I will be making my future orders with this store because of the exceptional customer service that was given. Thank you!

Picked up some toiletry items for my trip later this month. I also found very unique products like this one. Love the packaging.

Always great customer service, pharmacy is great and the Bakery made these super special cupcakes for my kids birthday! They were adorable!

This is the best grocery store ever. This is not a review of Tom Thumb. The store is what the store is. If you’ve been to one, you know what they do. However the management and staff here is incredible. They hire amazing people who are fun to work with and greet at their jobs. They will make sure you get the best deal possible. There are amazing deals at the store, more so than any Tom Thumb out there. Every time I leave this place I’m hyped out of my mind. It makes me happy.

Great super market. They had it all. We are so blessed to have companies that do such a fine job of providing all the food from the farms to large cities and towns all across America.

I love it here. The people are always super friendly and helpful, the produce is fresh, and there's a really good deli. There's a nice floral section and a pharmacy/small clinic. Everything is clean. You do spend a little more than you would at Kroger but it's worth it! I love the fresh fruit and veggie trays and bowls they make in the store.

Love their deals on some cakes. Their fresh baked bread is awesome. But over all the majority of their prices are high that's why I gave 4 stars.

I have to REVIEW again on Tom Thumb. Although, at times their prices are high, there are times one can find great deals! But this is not why I am doing another review... They accommodated my special request needs!! I needed a cake made for my Son's birthday. He wanted a Banana Pudding Cake. I printed a recipe with a picture, brought it to Tom Thumb and asked the Baker, Bobby, if he could do it. He did! It came out great and tasted wonderful too! The best part was, this was all done during the holiday season, on time for my Son's birthday!! The price was the best too!

I live close by, and run in to Tom Thumb for their deals. They have these butcher bones for a decent price I like to give my dogs.

The pharmacy is excellent with full service and friendly, helpful associates under the successful leadership of Stephanie, the pharmacy manager. They also administer travel shots as well as full service medication dispensing. This pharmacy is a very well organized and very clean facility which indicates a significant effort to deliver an exceptional consumer experience. A positive opportunity to embrace a caring and profession staff for everyone. Thank You.

It seemed to be a very nice place, I only went for the atm so I didn't really check anything out.

This store is very clean and has a large selection of food. The location itself is great, the bakery and cooked goods are always fresh, and the store is easy to navigate.

I was doing my weekly shopping and when I got to the frozen dinner aisle, the meals I wanted were one the top shelf, pushed all the way to the back of freezer case. No way for me to reach them so I looked for help. The first person I saw was a young man named Brian. He immediately came to help me (not his job, BTW). Thank you, Brian for going above and beyond!

The Floral manager made an arrangement on the spot for my daughters birthday. It was gorgeous! The Manager was so meticulous in her arranging and gave me and the flowers lots of TLC! Very reasonably priced too!!
