7-Eleven

Oh, well..my review could be considered as corrupted since I stop by at this store, literary every day, to purchase my little stuff and gas, of course! Keep in mind, I have another 7/11 located at the same distance from me, I just have to turn left though..No way I will do so, this location got my business for life, just because of outstanding service... prices are exactly the same!!! Highly recommended to visit!☝🤘

The cashiers are so nice and they went far to check the bathroom for me and to make sure its clean and they fixed the flooded toilet. The nice gentleman even moved my stuff to the next register to check me out. Very comfortable experience.

I love this store. New manager is more then friendly and helpful. Clean. Best coffee ever always. Employees are awesome and know my cigarettes 😁. Thank you 711. I spend way to much here

Clean store. Good take out food. Wings and pizza are my favorites here. They don't have the set up like some Quik Trips but I was pleasantly surprised on how the food tasted.

went to get gas today. i use 7 11 app because you can pay from app get your gas and go. i got denied twice. so i get frustrated i leave go do rest of my errands. call my credit card company they said we denied you because they were adding a $175 hold fee. really now? for $25 in gas? the app has never had a hold fee thanks for the heads up i will never go to 7 eleven again if that's how you're doing it now.

While using the restroom at 1am on 8/21/22, the employee pounds on the door and tells me he has to clean it. I tell him I’m using it. Then, FOUR police officers pound on the door and open it while I’m washing my hands. They told me I am not allowed back because the employee doesn’t want me there and It’ll be considered criminal trespassing. For using the restroom.

Can you explain to me how this is ok?

Was JUST in line and forgot my wallet in the car. As I started to leave, I heard an employee tell a customer, “see. Made a good customer leave.” All because he made 2 separate short transactions. I’m going to get this guys name. He has always harassed all the customers. But today I just couldn’t believe how petty he was to this poor kid. Ugh! I want him gone already.

This place doesn't deserve even one star but, I went into this store to get a cold drink and was treated Very Rudely by one of the employee's. Today was the first time that I had been in this store and for some reason was spoke to as if I were a homeless person or something. I had been out walking and needed a cold drink. The employee spoke to me in a manor that I did not appreciate, all I wanted was a drink. I will Never go back to this store again due to this employee ( middle-eastern guy, overweight, mid to late 30's and wore glasses)

let me start by saying I used to go into this location and would get a drink fill the cup less than 1/4 of the way full drink a little bit then pour the rest out and then throw the cup away. Ive done this several times so when I came in the manager was there on one occasion advised me that I've been seen doing this and that they would rather I not otherwise if I did it again I would be asked to leave and couldn't come back. I told her I understand and I apologize for any inconvenience that I have caused them. So today I go in with my mother on April 25th 2019 I go to get a drink my mom is getting her drink while I'm putting the lid on my cup there's a gentleman that works there that is Middle Eastern doesn't speak English very well is heavy set wears glasses runs up on me and is basically screaming at me that "I have to get out I have to get out I can't stay my business isn't welcome here I'm not allowed to come back I need to leave". I ask why he said that I come in I get drink I don't pay I throw trash away and I leave. Keep in mind I've already been told this by the owner that if I did this anymore I would be asked to leave and couldn't come back so today I haven't even had the chance to pay yet and this guy is running up on me telling me that I have to leave. Like I said my mother is with me she explains "No we're going to pay" the gentleman starts being very disrespectful to my mother whom has never been in the store this is her first time going into this location and will obviously be the last she says we're going to go pay he tells her no you need to leave so now he's being disrespectful to the both of us telling us that we both need to leave. My mother says no we're going to pay for our sodas and then we'll leave so she goes over to the register the same guy his name is mimo or memo or something to that effect it starts with an M. I don't know his name exactly. We pay and I tried to ask him because I couldn't understand him very well what the reason was for him kicking me out and telling me that I'm no longer allowed back but he wouldn't explain it to me all he said was you need to leave you need to leave. I am a decorated Marine who served in Iraq in March of 2003 I serve this country and for me to go into a 7-Eleven and be just watched like a hawk by this man on more occasions than I can even count because he thinks that I'm going to be steal something from the store he's been told by the manager in the past to leave me alone that I am not here to steal anything I've never given them any to think that I would steal anything but this man has literally just given me so many problems every time I come in the store. Do yourself a favor avoid this store when this gentleman is let go from this location then I think the store will be a better store. I've watched him be rude to so many customers other than myself it is unbelievable he is not polite he is not helpful he is literally rude he talks down to women he's very condescending to anyone that he speaks too. I do not think that he belongs at 7-Eleven. Keep in mind he was let go from the 7-Eleven located at Carroll and 114 because the manager didn't want to put up with his attitude and how he was treating the customers over there so he comes to this location and kicks me out of the store tells me I'm no longer allowed back. When I'm coming in here getting a drink and I paid for it. Like I said I'll change my review Once that gentleman is no longer working at this 7-Eleven.
