Kohl's

Great looking store, bright, colorful displays and super clean floors.. Great selections, great prices and very friendly checkout service. (who likes self-service?😛) The selections were really great and the bargains were abundant. And the crowds were not bad for a Christmas rush. Thanks 🙂

This store is very similar to other Kohl's and carries the usual name brand clothes, household goods, and toys. There are things here that you can find only at Kohl's stores. You can find some really good deals on the clearance racks. They also sell seasonal items. Employees are nice and helpful.

The quality of items sold over there are ok, nothing extraordinary, a bit overpriced as well..however, surely there plenty of items to choose from for entire family, either it's newborn or like me who is 100 years old (well, today I feel like I am 😂) also household! One stop location! One huge thing what makes me return, is exceptional customer service, definitely 5 stars!

Kim in the makeup department, Sephora, was amazing. I was concerned as a black woman that I was going to have an issue color matching my skintone. She was spot on and saved me a tone of time. Thank you Kim!

I was doing Sunday errands looking haggard. Made a few stops and Kohls was one of them since Sephora is there & I do not (personally) like the location at the square since it is overwhelming and busy.

Came here with a mission to find Dylan Blue parfum. The keymaster associate (I did not see her name, she had lots of keys and long grey hair) was helpful searching for it in the drawer and the cashier (Jerisha) fortunately spot the navy blue packaging. I got it and I bought it so I am good. Thank you very much ladies!

Kohl's is a great place to shop and the Southlake kohl's is awesome! The smiles, greetings, the folks that work on the floor are great help and the nice bilingual folks to help with those who don't speak English is so great! Thank you Maria for the help and for the hard work it's awesome to shop in this store. Mr. Greg also a great person and Manager he is very helpful and does not just point in the direction of the things your looking for. He takes the time to walk you right to the item or items that you are trying to find. That's customer service. Thank you all from Kohls for making a shopping expiriance a great one!!

Helpful person( same employee when we shop here) at check out, she always makes us aware of any ways we could save money on our purchases. Very pleasant attitude. Best sales with coupon we get in mail because we have Kohl's card. Good quality clothes for the price
