I came here looking for a day backpack - not that thrilled at the selection BUT loved some of the unexpected surprises - like women's yoga pants, North Face jackets - and great quality! Also good selection of shoes. Will be back!

I bought online Stanley nesting 2-Cup cook set to pick up in store, but the lid was missing. But those guys did everything to help me - the checked all nearby stores, gave me a large coupon and tried to find substitutes since I had to leave for a trip the same day. I was surprised by their customer service, especially a young woman with brunette hair who managed it all to help me. She definitely deserves a raise.

I was very happy a bilingual young lady named Liz helped me find a pair of shoes .

I had an excellent experience returning a yeti tumbler that I had ordered through door dash but it ended up being too big so I wanted to return it for a smaller size and unfortunately I didn’t have the paper receipt (door dash deliverer’s fault) but I did have my order proof and door dash picture. Natalie was able to process my return with a great attitude and was very kind, I was about to just make my purchase and forego the return and try my luck through door dash but thankfully I didn’t have to go through all that trouble! Thanks again to Natalie for making my experience 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I ordered my purchase online and was quickly made aware it would be ready for pickup. Once I arrived, they had it ready and quickly loaded it into my truck. It was easy and the staff was nice when I stopped in to make a purchase. There is plenty of parking when you arrive as their lot usually isn’t full.

They had weights in stock today. Oliver the cashier was very nice and helpful.

We had a hard time finding a specific backpack and asked an employee for some help named Keelen, (name maybe misspelled). He was glad to assist us, very pleasant and found the backpack we wanted. He saved us some valuable time.

Today I went there for return my bike light which I purchased 2 weeks ago. It has a good quality but it's not better for my bike. I just try to ask them because I'd lost the wrap of its. But I caught not believe that young girl cashier gave a return very quickly and she just trust on me. I felt very warm and happy.

The cashier we had was really nice. I wish I could remember her name. This store is always clean and organized.

Just wanted to post a quick review to say thank you to the Store Manager Matthew after a few hiccups with a bike that I purchased for my son; I can truly say that Matthew was helpful, honest and understanding of my frustration. He handled my complaints every step of the way and I left with the bike I wanted and a happy customer. I recommend and will return for future purchases.

What can I say about the people here, they have been wonderful helpful and to me they're the best!. Kudos to you guys!, I love these guys they're great and extremely knowledgeable you will not go wrong by going here. I actually have made a lot of friends here so they treat me like family more than just a customer that is lacking in so many places now but not Dick Sporting Goods trust me I am disabled and a wheelchair and they have been fantastic a number one love them all I will continue to buy here as long as I am Alive lol!. thank you guys!

I walked into Dick's Sporting Goods and found what I was looking for straight away. But I must admit that the customer service team did an awesome job. Look for a guy named Elias, he's the best customer worker that will assist you, he's very friendly and he'll help you find whatever it is you're looking for.

I was amazed when i walked into to store. Huge!!! Anything outdoor related with the exception of hand guns they have it. Im a little disappointed about that but the world isnt perfect so there you go👍👍
