Love going to JC Penny and the little playground in the coddingtown mall located in front of JCPenny. They have the cleanest and most organized spots. The employees are extremely helpful and kind. I WANT TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER. Thank you for grabbing my backpack from the bathroom and giving it back to me. Although some customer stole my $120. I at least got my backpack and my belongings inside of it which most importantly included my wallet with my ID and etc. Thank you so much for being amazing. I always come here to JCPenny with my mom or on my own to buy clothes for my child. She loves it here. Thankyou I’m very appreciative.

Penney's Big and Tall used to be a joke, unless you wanted sweats and football tees...slight exaggeration. This year, my wife and I went shopping for our son and I, and someone down there got a clue! Beautiful shirts and a great selection, including dress shirts. Add to that the fact that Penney's has REAL sales, unlike big men's catalogs who just jack up everyday prices, and charge regular prices for sales clothing. Check it out!

Sue who was working in the mens Levis department is AMAZING!!! Please give this Saint of a woman a raise. She dug around in the back found what I needed and was happy to do so with holiday cheer!

The first thing I notice when I go to this store is the welcoming way that it is layed out and the brightness it projects. I usually go upstairs to the men's area unless I am getting a gift for my wife on the first floor. It just came to my attention that you can go to the portrait department and get a family photo for holiday gift cards. What a great idea. This store has many services and a wide selection of apparel to fit your size, style, attitude and wallet size.

Lifetouch Photos at JC Penney did a terrific job with our family photos, and did a photo portrait of our family dog! Angel was terrific and thoughtful about the photos. Affordable and we took advantage of a groupon!

Their clearance section is fantastic. The people that work there a very nice too just don't steal from them because I seen them get some people and it was kind of awesome actually because when people steal from corporations you're actually stealing from the workers and their hours. So they got people watching people. So overall they're really nice as long as you're not stealing.

Always great service for me. Staff always helpful & courtesy is a plus.

I had not been to j.c. Penny's in years and was pleasantly surprised at the freshness, organized and of their merchandise. I will definitely add them to my favorites! My opinion has not changed and their ladies selection is great including petites!

My daughter is plus size & has trouble finding jeans that fit right without looking bad. My mom suggested JCPenney. My daughter now has a new favorite store that has clothes she likes with prices she can afford. I myself forgot about this store & had fun in housewares. By the time we were ready to leave we had more than expected & didn't break the bank!

Happy to be able to say that the customer service has improved a great deal. The staff are always super helpful, and going above and beyond. I am addicted to the clearance racks that are set up downstairs and made highly visible which is great. I can appreciate their efforts to keep this particular area very tidy. I have always had really good experiences in the photo department. My photographs always surpass any expectations I could of had. The price points are not expensive at all, which is super important to me. I have recommended them to soo many friends and family members for over 10 years.

My experience was great and the staff helped me look for some 49er appeal.
Will go back on Saturday, but I did buy two shirts today.

Had family portraits done. Jennifer and Nicole were great! Had our 2 year old toddler giggling the whole time. Never rushed us either.

The woman that helped me was very helpful and very nice. You need more people like her. She was on the second floor and I believe her name was Tamara?

We received shoes as a mailed gift from a family member out of state and we had to exchange them in our local store we had never been to and the staff was very helpful in directing us to what floor we needed to grab shoes from and which floor and where to go for returns area and the person who helped us went above and beyond to do so. We had grabbed wrong shoes but we opted to pay the difference, the staff was patient and friendly and helpful!!

Wonderful sales and the store is clean and organized!I live in Clarks sandals and Penney's sales are 40 percent off of them with many different styles!

Great sales! We spent less than we saved, got 3 pair of mens slacks, 3 cardigans, 2 dress shirts, a tie, pair of shoes, all for $265.

Love this store for all your basic needs.
JCP offers old fashioned service, they will actually help you find items and order them online if necessary. Prices are still the fairest of all👍
