The staff at this CVS at the Oceanfront are the best! I have never had a negative experience in all the years I have shopped here. The pharmacy personnel go above and beyond to assist you with any questions you may have, help resolve our insurance related issues, work with medical practices to address any of our medication discrepancies. This location has a small town local pharmacy feel in a big suburban setting. I am grateful that this is my local CVS.

Everyone who works here is always on the ball. They are respectful, professional and always willing to help under some very difficult conditions that are completely out of their control. Corporate CVS if you are reading this, you need to hire additional staffing to help improve the workload. When I moved here to VB in 2016, this CVS was open 24-hours a day. Extremely convenient. Over the last few years I have observed the store hours continue to lessen along with reduced workers.

Also…this CVS is at a prime location during the summer season where it easily can be overrun with tourists and large crowds. Please adjust your staffing levels to help meet this continual reoccurring consumer summer rush. The store looks destroyed with empty shelves and reduced inventory after summer weekends and the CVS staff here always are working hard to restore the store to normalcy.

Lastly…I AM GRATEFUL TO OUR PHARMACISTS for their assistance in providing the required COVID and flu related vaccinations. These professionals are overworked as is, but to have them now also provide this essential service intertwined with their other duties is above and beyond.

Please hire the necessary staff to support your patient care and services commitment. Your increasing corporate earnings reveal you have the means to reinvest in your workforce and facilities. Help and compensate your workers accordingly.

Over 6yrs I have never had a bad experience. Day or evening, every employee has been as professional, curtious, decent and helpful as I can imagine. I wish they worked for me. Jenny, Rachel, Alana, Sammy, Ernest, Zach and Juanita are all awesome.

Dave and Regine in pharmacy have always given me 10 star service. They are compassionate, caring, helpful and hard workers. Very honest people. I never write reviews but they deserve it. I lived in NY for awhile and had to go to the cvs there. Filled with rude pharmacists and techs. So glad to be back in VA BCH. Thank you Dave abs Regine for all you do!!! It doesn’t go unnoticed.

The pharmacist-Dave-was outstanding! I walked in at closing time on a Saturday night after coming from the ER-trying to fill my wife's prescription for a broken wrist that could not be set. He was incredibly compassionate and helpful in taking care of her needs. I could not be more thankful for his incredible help.

Dave snd Steve are the best pharmsists. They have helped me for almost five years with any concern or question I’ve ever had. They go above and beyond for their customers. I feel so safe knowing they are part of my medical team. Hands down best pharmacy. Thank you so much.

Hello CVS, My name is Jay. On Sept 28th during my travels from Palm beach Florida enroute to Virginia beach Va, I had a bad experience with Moneygram. I stopped in Jaxv Fl to send a transaction via Moneygram to an employee of mine. The employee had a bad experience receiving the funds due to the Jaxv cashier declining to input the zip code on the receivers end. During my stay in Virginia beach, Moneygram informed me that I had to go to the nearest CVS Pharmacy near me to take care of the issue. I entered your Pharmacy on Sat Sept 29th and was greeted by an employee name Chloe. During my time with Chloe, she stayed on the phone with Moneygram more than an hour trying to resolve the issue. (WHICH WAS RESOLVED THANKS TO CHLOE) I just wanna say what an OUTSTANDING JOB Chloe did ensuring I received my funds back. CVS you have an OUTSTANDING employee on your hands. CVS should be honored to have such an OUTSTANDING employee. Chloe took her time and even attended to her regular customers even though she was stuck on the phone more than an hour. Thank you so much Chloe for doing such an awesome job! 👍👍👍

Pharmacy dept staff are helpful, nice and a knowledgeable. Store has a great selection. Overall, it's a one stop shop.
