The store was the easiest one I’ve been to. Even though they were swamped with customers I got greeted immediately when I walked through the door. I didn’t even have to wait very long. Andrew was the one who ultimately help me And had me in and out of there in record time. Five stars across-the-board

Andrew and Hannah (the manager) are absolute Rockstars. My wife and I had to get help with transferring her number to my carrier, and we spent over a week calling the customer service line, and trying to get help in various other locations and no one wqs able to help us. Andrew and Hannah went above and beyond, helping us with a new sim card, and telling us where to call to get the help we needed. Even if im not an at&t customer, im going to be getting any accessories I can from this location.

Imperiou is so professional and smart. She also has an incredible amount of patience. She's a great salesperson as well. No pressure just a soft sell. What an asset to AT&T.

Amazing staff. I’ve been in here a couple of times and each time it’s been an amazing experience. Staff is very helpful and patient. I didn’t even want to buy a couple of accessories that I did but after the associate showed me the benefits it was an easy decision. Highly recommend this ATT store.

We just had the most amazing experience with Marvin. He helped my husband fix his phone that had some water damage. He was so professional, pleasant, meticulous and made us laugh. Hannah at the Nashville West location was outstanding and kept things going and simple while looking after lots of customers. She was great!

After going to several other ATT stores with my time using ATT, the Charlotte Pike location is the only one I have left happy every single time.
Do not go to Bellevue location!

I wouldn’t go to any other AT+T location. Kwame was amazing, so smart and full of good info, he made a full family phone upgrade go smoothly and easily. Uriel handled the data transfer and was patient and kind as he answered a million questions. Very impressed with the staff at this location!

Imperio was incredibly helpful and kind. She helped with getting my husband onto my account and a new phone. I’ve been a 20 year standing customer with AT&T and have never really had problems but her customer service was outstanding!!
This store is also huge and everyone working here was very friendly.

I received great service from J.D. and Imperio Adan. Both of them was wonderful to me.

My cell phone fell in water, which prevented it from making calls, texts, using data for GPS or internet browsing. The AT&T rep at the AT&T store at Charlotte Pike in Nashville called Marvin was attentive, meticulous, and professional in solving my cellphone problems. I highly recommend AT&T now to my friends and family!

Marvin was super helpful! He spent many hours with us helping resolve an ongoing issue we have had with ATT for over a year now. He was knowledgeable and diligent in uncovering the details of our issues. Though our issue is not fully resolved we are much closer to a resolution. He even stayed after closing to help! Give that guy a raise already! 😀
