AT&T Store

I am a long term LOYAL customer of AT&T and I about had enough with their expensive plans and horrible customer service over the phone. I walked into this store on Mason in Katy tx with the intent to cancel my service. Isaac greeted me and by the time I walked out the store I had a new phone and a new plan. Once he explained what I had it appeared I was on the wrong plan. He right sized, built rapport, was courteous, professional, and saved me as a customer of AT&T. The store manager was a pleasure to speak with as well. I don’t remember his name but he was real pleasant. Go see Isaac and he’ll take care of you. He really restored my faith. Alright AT&T, I’m staying because of employees like Isaac. Wish your call center representatives and people who call themselves managers in the centers gave me the same experience. They are horrible!!!! Get it together!! I shouldn’t have to travel to the store for great service but happy I did.

Before I visited the physical AT&T store, I called customer service which was a waste of time. Marlon, at the store on Mason was professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic. He resolved my issues expeditiously. It was a pleasant experience.

I did a trade in the store, but there was a lot of issues with the system. Before I visited the AT&T store, I called customer service where I wasted of time. Nick is a store manager, helped me a lot with my case, helped to resolve my issues as a professional. He was very patient and supportive with this. Thank you Nick!

The rep Kareem was very helpful and patient he helped me get a better phone as well as a good promotional deal. The store it self was hot he did explain the reason of it being hot. The AC broke I would definitely recommend getting those guys some AC soon. Overall great visit!

The best experience I’ve had. No wait time and the manager Nick was very nice and accommodating. I will only go to this location for all my AT&T needs.

Travis at the S. Mason AT&T in Katy is great to work with. I went into the store needing to replace the phone my son went swimming with (he's paying!). Travis reviewed my wireless and home internet plans. He was able to improve our family wireless plan without increasing my bill. He also suggested I increase my home internet plan to 1M for only $5 more per month. Win-win!

AT&T was offering a great trade-in deals so I traded four old iPhone's for new ones. Travis was very helpful and patient with helping us transfer the data on to our new phones. He's the reason I ended up buying 4 new iPhones instead of 1. Thanks Travis!

Travis gave exceptional customer service and answered all of our questions with a smile on his face. He was extremely pleasant and friendly. He didn’t have the phones we wanted in the store but got them ordered for us and we purchased all the needed accessories from him. We had already been to another store that didn’t have the phones either but they said go online and order them yourself and never offered to help us with the task. They were not busy but didn’t seem to be interested in helping us so we left and went to At&T on Mason Rd. I truly appreciate how attentive and customer service focused Travis was. He is truly an asset.

Pae is incredibly honest and did not try to talk me into an upgrade that I didn’t need yet. Most sales people would not have done this. Instead she fixed the issue with my phone and told me when the new model phone would be available. A+ employee. Reasons like Pae are why I pick AT&T instead of Verizon.

I have been a customer for years and have experienced good and bad service but mostly bad. Gregory B made my experience GREAT. He took the time to troubleshoot and solve an issue I've had for months and no one could resolve. His patience and customer service was well above expectations. He definitely deserves a 5 star review.

Shahily was extremely knowledgeable in her efforts to assist me in my new purchase. She also found that I was overpaying for individual insurance and suggested the group insurance to save me money. It was an overall great AMF quick experience thank you for that!

Today we visited Att, and Brad helped us get a new phone for myself, and we were able to trade in both our phones for credit. Brad was very friendly, and knowledgeable. We were in and out quickly with great service! Thank you Brad!

My favorite AT&T location! They always have great energy and friendly smile. Everyone works as a team and help each other out.

When I walked in, I was greeted by a young man named Emmanuel. He was very helpful and gave me great service. I was disappointed to hear the female manager talking to her other employees about how they just got a bad review and they need to take Covid more seriously! Something that needed to be discussed in the back not the sales floor and her customer service was horrible!!! This was the AT&T on S. Mason Rd.

I went two days ago and the Service was overall Excellent!
Usually Its busy and has a queue
But they have taken proper precautions and have resolved this issue.
At the Door two people greeted me and there were several employees available and ready to assist. It was breathtaking and convenient.
(Especially because I was on my Lunch break)
I would most definitely recommend their services.
They truly are there to help and it shows.

Kendrick the Manager is soooo professional and always takes great care and is super knowledgeable! Also Greg helped installed my new screen protector! They are wonderful!

Out of all the years that we have been with AT&T, I've never had AWESOME customer service in any of your stores. That changed last night when I came to this location. Josh was PHENOMENAL! It was a tricky situation but Josh handled all of it the way it should be done in all AT&T locations. My mother is elderly and he sat with her to show her how AT&T TV works. I was on the phone trying to talk with a representative about changing my mom's Uverse over to the new system and the rep was extremely rude to me so I put her on speaker so that Josh could ask her a couple of questions and she was talking to him the way most reps talk to customers and she WAS wrong about the question. Josh is the one to go to when you have problems. A1 customer service by Josh! So patient, kind and informative! Huge KUDOS for Josh!
