CVS

I have been a shopper at CVS for almost 28 years. I have had so many memorable experiences there over the years; help with emergencies, to name one. The staff has changed, but their helpful spirit is always great.

Personally, this has been the best CVS I've encountered so far. Veronica and the pharmacist/staff who did the vaccines on 1.18.22 were extremely patient and helpful. I felt safe and at ease to ask them questions and they took the time to thoroughly answer my questions to the best of their ability.
Even the other customers in this area seem so nice!
I plan to use this pharmacy for my medical needs from now on.

I went into this CVS and there was a nice lady that help me. I had order an online pick with Cvs for the first time. Yes, because I normally go else where but they were the only pharmacy that had the ankle brace I needed. Anyways, she greeted me asked what I needed help with I explained I need to exchange a pick up order I got from another Cvs. She was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond by going to get the item for me and helping me exchange the item with no problem. Now, a days you go into stores and don’t get this type of help. I wish I knew her name to save CVS GIVE HER A RISE!! This was on Christmas Eve around 4 pm. There was two others there but she stood out was very kind and understanding. Merry Christmas, thank you for helping me when I could hardly walk.

Jisery was amazing and patient the whole time and helpful when it came to going above and beyond with customer service! Even checking other CVS and allowing us to try to find the item we needed! Great asset to the team and a very caring person! She is a part of the bigger picture that makes CVS a good company.

After moving to the Katy area, I tried a few other CVS's near my home and was left disappointed with bad customer service, poor communication concerning prescription status and they never seemed to have my prescriptions in stock.
I drive ~45 mins round trip to the S. Mason Rd store, mainly for pharmacy customer service! RPh Chu and her staff are caring, always notify me if there is an issue with a prescription (even after they've sorted it), and always offer/find a solution BEFORE they notify me.
I've never had a phone call from the pharmacy staff stating they were unable or unwilling to help. No matter how busy they get, I haven't had anyone be rude, curt, or short with me. They never seem annoyed or run around completely stressed out and will always take time to counsel patients with questions or concerns.
This is definitely a busy pharmacy, and I believe they are in desperate need of additional staff. Phone wait times can be long, but it can't be helped with 1 RPh & 1 tech/staff member behind the counter while there are 5 people waiting in store, another 10 in the drive up lane and the phone ringing off the hook.

I arrived less than 30 min after my prescription was called in and it was ready. Absolutely wonderful, friendly service. 10 out of 10!

This CVS Pharmacy is much better than the one closer to me on Highland Knolls. I was very pleased with how quickly my medicine was filled from my doctor calling in! They were very friendly and professional too! Hopefully the other CVS will take notice.

I went to inquire about my RX needed prior to surgery & they made contact to obtain the prescription needed to process my order. Very professional, warm & caring about my needs for a complete recovery. Thank you for your outstanding customer service & going the extra mile.

The past several times I've visited, I recieved the friendliest service I've ever had at a CVS. From the offering of help to the friendly exchanges as I leave, each visit has been pleasant no matter the amount of time spent in store.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is my favorite CVS STORE, I strongly recommend it. I also want to thank Erick, Enrique and Bobby for their good customer service!!!

The front store employees are very kind and helpful. All my questions were answered. The employees in the pharmacy look like they need more help.

The pharmacist Camille and Angelica were so kind and helped me right away. I 'm a vet with disability and I was out in 20 minutes.

In the last 6-8 months or so, the pharmacy staff has really improved. I've been really impressed with this staff!
