Awesome Lowe's! Staff here is very friendly and helpful. Store is also well stocked and had the stuff I needed. They were also able to price match the items I found for cheaper online with no problem! This is a great store.

I experienced the best customer service today! Thank you to Ivan for the two sided tape, Andrew for the clamps and Faith for the help at check out. WOW, what a great day! I will be back.

Christopher Escalera in the kitchen cabinet department at Lowe’s San Dimas is just amazing! He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and friendly! And he went above and beyond for us with his customer service. Wow we are impressed and grateful. If you’re looking to design your kitchen he is the guy to see!!

We bought my daughter's Christmas tree there and two young men tied it to the top of my daughter's SUV. They were so nice. We also bought a tree stand in the garden section and paid for the tree. The lady clerk was very nice. We received very good service today.

Stopped in on 04/08/22 (oddly enough,exactly one year from my last review) to pick up some misc items. Finally, they have relaxed the mask requirement so you can actually shop without wearing a face mask. Some employees and shoppers still chose to mask up.

I could clearly see employees active helping customers which is a good sign.

Cashiers were chatty but still helpful.

This is a great placevto shop for improvement items.. my suggestion is to bevaware of what you need or plan to do.. This is so you have the best info available when you search for the items you need..

I will make another visit in about a week after i go back to their gardening dept.

I'll update their varieties on the veges since planting season out here in SoCal is in full swing.

This store is clean and organized. Besides all the building supplies. They also have power chairs for people with limited mobility to use. As well as handicap parking for disabled people like my self that have a Placard.

Excellent customer service. Great for DIYers. Offer more curated items.

Very well organized store. It is also very close to the 57 so that makes it very convenient. I am often needing hardware and I am happy to say that the department was well stocked. The employees that I had interaction with were very friendly and helpful.

JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2024: LOWES IN-STORE TEAM IS professional, very knowledgeable, helpful to this senior citizen with multiple different abilities during a stressful emergency evacuation from substandard and not ever maintained housing, and most recently, a PUBLIC STORAGE WET-INSTEAD-OF-DRY-STORAGE at a facility run by AI, hence a Friday Night run for waterproof tarps! Thank you Lowes San Dimas!

Great selection, courteous & knowledgeable staff PLUS they support motor racing. Good Stuff, Maynard !

Largest Lowes I've been too. I like it because there are more choices to select things for the home.

I purchased many things at Lowe's for San Dimas saints bingo. Our most recent purchase was a new refrigerator and the associate that helped me was very helpful. Even though there is not a model on the floor, she was able to go into the back and find a refrigerator we were looking for. The price was outstanding. There hasn't been a time I've gone to this Lowe's and not been able to find what I'm looking for.

This is possibly a good place for both car enthusiasts and projects. There’s not a lot of diecast cars but theres enough. Its also good for projects (building, etc). Good place in my opinion 👍

This Lowe's has great customer service! Each time I would come across an employee, they would greet me and ask if I needed assistance. I had gotten used to being ignored at other hardware places that this will be my go-to place from now on.

Had a few issues with a water cooler/dispenser I purchased through Lowe’s via online order. Jesse, the store manager made everything right and took customer service to the next level. We now greet each other by name as I continue to shop here for both home and work. Great people as things aren’t always perfect but the employees make it right.
