Always a smooth and pleasant experience, even when they’re really busy.

The guy at the front desk, I think the name is Cory, was extremely helpful yesterday. I was shipping something time sensitive for my work that had to be delivered next day AM. His driver left, but he took upon himself to call the South Portland store for advise, and I was able to drive to Foden road location and hand deliver my package to them which already had the label made by Cory! As a result my out of state colleagues have my parcel this morning. Mission accomplished :) It just happens that I am always there when I need things done urgently, and so far they delivered! Thank you

I've been going to this UPS store for close to 20 years. They have carefully packed and shipped hundreds of pieces of art for me and I have never had a problem. Five stars, all the way!!!

This is a busy UPS store, but the people staffing it are efficient, professional, always friendly, and have been very helpful every time I have been in there.

The service is OK. You bring something in and ship it and that process is OK. Called half an hour before closing to make sure they were going to be open until closing for an Amazon drop off. I was told that they were going to close early in 10 minutes due to no heat. I told them I could be there in 15 and they said to come over. Upon arrival it was very busy and nice and warm. I put my hand over the baseboard and heat was strong! The lady told me it just came back on. I am glad it did.

My experience on 3 July was awful. The normal courtesy and friendly staff have been replaced by an arrogant, condescending young man since the store was sold. I miss the old-fashion friendly customer service. I hope they replace the new arrogance with the good ole wonderful staff that worked there before the store changed hands. It used to be a pleasurable place to shop; not anymore.

Rude and abrupt counter person. Shoving paper in your face, throwing sharpies across the counter. I’ll go to Portland. Convenient parking, that’s about it.

I have had a slew of terrible experiences here. I only keep going back because I happen to live very closeby. Most of the time, I use a much further and less convenient UPS store. I drop off packages that are prepaid, already packaged - very easy - every day as a regular customer. One lady with short brown hair and glasses, around 50-60 years old, is constantly rude. She yells at me, other customers, and even her own employees. The other employees often whisper to me that she's wrong (about weird USPS conspiracies) - or they just step up and take the boxes when she gets angry and throws a fit behind the counter. It seems like a super toxic environment in there, and I constantly see an influx of new employees coming in and going. Their turnover seems to make her more angry because she is constantly micromanaging the tiniest movements and actions of me, other customers and the employees.

The other store further away is super happy to accept my packages and has never complained, even once, in several years. I think it is even smaller than this store. I have a UPS mailbox at the other store (this lady refused to sell me one - luckily - in one of her angry stupors) - and it's had the same group of employees there for several years now. They are always happy, chipper and into fun small talk. I don't know how much gas I've wasted going further out of Falmouth by now, but based on my consistent poor and demeaning experience here, I sincerely advise you do the same.

I mailed a gift card in a standard Birthday card, via USPS from this UPS location and it never made it to the person addressed on the card. I used the receipt to try and redeem the gift card to the addressed person's Amazon account and the card had been used. I am not sure when or where this card was stolen, but I handed the stamped card to a female worker at this UPS location and it never arrived to the person addressed on this card. Please be careful and never mail a gift card!

The notary there doesn't know what he's doing. I went in with a state form that requires the notary fill in the last section, which included my name printed. He wouldn't notarize the form becuse my name wasn't already in the section HE is only allowed to fill. He actually tried to tell me the form the state has been using is invalid. A form the state uses a hundred times a year. And he knows better. Whoever is responsible for notaries in this state should check this guy out. And, I agree, it's not worth going there under the new owners. Rude and dismissive.
