AT&T Store

I always get a good experience whenever I go to AT&T. They are the best phone service that I ever used in over 2 years. They helped me right out within 45 mins or so I was out the door with my new iPhone 14.

alex did a great job setting me up on my own plan and overall in general just walking me through everything i needed to know

The representative Tashawn R. was knowledgeable and personable. He made the process of upgrading my phone very easy and quick. Will definitely be using this location for all my needs in the future.

My experience at this location was great. I hadn’t upgraded my iPhone 8 in several years. I wanted an iPhone 13 Pro Max in Alpine green and they had one in stock and explained the whole switching phone process.I was waited on immediately and presented with a great deal. I’m one satisfied customer.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and knowledgeable employees. Shawn helped me out tremendously earlier when somehow my phones text message app got hidden from my phone screen and I was only able to look at all me messages collectively when someone texted me.

5 to 10 minutes and Shawn had the thing un-hidden and back on my home screen. I give him major props because as a millenial, I like to think I'm fairly tech savvy, but I couldn't figure it out for the life of me.

Also, very satisfied with the pre-paid phones. I feel like my phone is more than adequate when it comes to the little bit of gaming I do on it from time to time, and is pretty fast.

Very pleased with this store in particular and the people here. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience.

I broke my phone and needed a new one so I came in yesterday. My sales rep was Jaime and she helped me, she was super nice and helpful as can be. I was very pleased with the help I got, couldn’t of been better.

Jocelyn Fenton was very professional and helped me reset my HBOMAX account without any issues. I would highly recommend people come here and definitely ask for Jocelyn she’ll take care of you with any phone needs that you may have.

My customer experience with Denzel was superb he answered every question to the best of his ability and I’m glad he was here today.

The sales people are very friendly at this location. The manager directed us to a sales associate to help us and he was very polite. I would come here again for all my phone needs.

Worked with me for multiple days about my phone which continued to get worst even stayed past closing time to help. Denzel Belleau helped a lot.
