There was a sweet lady there I didn’t catch her name but she was super nice and caring! Great store and nice workers! They were all super willing to help me! Little kindest can go a long way! Merry Christmas!

I can’t say enough nice things about this location. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and positive disposition, and it’s all of the people that work there! I drive from Grove City just to drop off my Amazon returns (and I have a mild to moderate Amazon problem) if that’s any indication of how great of an experience I’ve had there. Thank y’all for being so tolerant of all my returns and always providing superior customer service😊

I cant say enough about MARTI she always has a smile on her face, always willing to help, very kind , very prompt, appreciates every person that comes in, she is quick and knows exactly what she is doing. I have been going to this location for quite awhile and when she came there the store is100% better!
She should be a keeper at this location.

I've been a customer for a while; before the new owners. I was concerned that I'd have issues with my mail deliveries as the new owners had to get on board...I was pleasantly relieved when Marti assured me she had my back. I highly recommend this store for any of your needs...a one stop shop.

Went in and was greeted by Marty, the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. She did not just connect with me but she connected with my son. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

Helpful and friendly staff. It's always busy but I always seem to show up at lunchtime on a Friday so probably my own fault. Convenient for Amazon returns and regular UPS shipping as well. I've never used them but they have copiers and faxes and notaries.

We are under new ownership. We do not charge for taping your package. We have a new staff. With years of experience. Friendly smiling faces. We only charge 25 cents to print out your Amazon label. We have reduced our printing fees. We also have a great new look. Dont go by the reviews. Come check us out. We are a great group. We move our line efficiently. We will help you with your Amazon process if you need it. So come see us.

Fantastic customer service and staff! Marti and her staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Always a great experience when I go! They are quick service with a smile!

I have always received impeccable service from each and every employee of this UPS store, and especially by the manager/owner. She is always kind, helpful and very professional. I do business there several times a week sometimes, and she doesn't miss a beat, and is smiling, even when there's a line to the door. I've been in customer service myself for over 20 years now, and I know what good customer service looks like, and they are exemplary!

I am about to ship a return to Amazon for a damaged product. I am somewhat hesitant to use this store. I hope it will rise above so many bad reviews. I will be at the store on 9/5/23 and will return here with a report.

I use this UPS store all the time. Shipping, fax, copies, notory, etc..
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
If your having problems here you should probably look in the mirror, I doubt these guys are going out of their way to be rude to you. You probably deserved it.
I dont think the franchise really makes money on your amazon returns, so dont cry if they ask you to tape your own box...

The Canal Winchester UPS store is excellent! Service is great, the staff is very friendly, and they always work quickly and efficiently. Kalpna is wonderful and always greets people with a smile and is very professional and kind! Alex is great and one of the nicest people to talk to. Overall, great store and great staff!

I have been going to this UPS store for 12 years and always receive excellent service. Kalpna is so awesome and she always greets me by name and if my husband is dropping off a package for me, she always sends a message by him to me saying hello!

I needed some goods shipped for me and needed UPS Corp to set up my account for "bill my account". I called them and they were useless. This staff in the store was so helpful and even tried to get UPS Corp to understand what I needed. Because Corporate wouldn't set my account properly, this store still shipped it for me. They went above and beyond to help me. Very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated them and there willingness to take good care of a customer. Thank you!

This store, Kalpna and the staff, are amazing!! I was looking to have flooring shipped from Ohio to Texas. They were helpful and responsive from the moment I contacted them. I paid a little (reasonable) for them to pick up my flooring and then they handled tracking and shipment. They have been fabulous at communicating and keeping me in the loop. Of all the people I've dealt with in the process of finding and shipping this flooring, this UPS store has been the most helpful and kind! Thank you to all of you! So grateful for your service.

I’ve had a PO Box at this location for a couple of years so I have regular interaction with the associates. They have always been polite, professional and go above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are met and questions answered. Glad to have a great UPS Store so close to home.

Can use this store or Pickerington store. Usually Canal store. Like the service I get here. A little friendlier. Only complaint is UPS gets packages to my son in Chicago so quickly and cost effective I thought that I could ship myself the nextime I visit but they said they were not able to do so. Oh well I guess I'll keep driving myself. Still going here. No complaints at all.
