AT&T Store

Armani at the Fairlawn Oh location was the BEST! We are new to AT&T and we have stopped in on two separate occasions for two different issues. Armani assisted us both times and he needs to be commended on a job well done! I work in customer service myself and he is TOP NOTCH!

Have used this store several times over the past few years but recently had to switch several phone lines from another carrier to AT&T. I worked with Cheyenne and she did an absolutely incredible job helping me with everything. It was a complex transaction but she made it simple and easy for me.

I had an exceptional experience with AT&T thanks to Kory. His dedication and expertise went above and beyond, resolving my issues with utmost professionalism. Kory's outstanding customer service sets a high standard, making my interaction with AT&T truly remarkable.

I had the best experience at this store today thanks to Alex and Kaila. I knew switching from prepaid to FirstNet was going to be a hassle, but Alex took the challenge, it took over an hour but he was very patient and it all went smoothly. He made sure I got the best deal possible and that I understood what I was paying for. Kaila helped with setup and accessories and even put my new case and screen protector on so I wouldn't have to. I went out of my way to go to this store and I would definitely come back.

Outstanding service by Jay from the moment I walked through the door until I walked out!! I had just left the Apple Store before I arrived to the AT&T store…and what they wanted to charge me to repair the camera on my IPhone 12…I was able to receive a newer model IPhone, use the Apple Watch in store promotion…and lower my monthly bill by bundling and applying my military discount. I truly appreciate Jay putting in the time and care to crunch the numbers and determine which products and services would work favourably for me. Thank you so very much team Fairlawn AT&T staff!! Kellie has helped me on multiple occasions and the service was excellent. She always had the solution to my issue and was able to resolve it quickly and permanently. 5 stars just isn't enough.

Our experience with Bryce has been awesome since November of 2022. He has excellent customer service skills. He is wonderful with all customers and does his job very well. Since meeting him, I’ve set appointments with him vs a walk-in. Management is great and is lucky to have Bryce.

Bryce was an amazing salesman and we were so grateful for his kindness and thoughtfulness in assisting our family. We came in for our daughter to choose a new cellphone for her birthday.

Bryce was so eloquent in his knowledge of the the products and deals available that our entire family ended up purchasing new phones, adding a new line and changing our internet service.

Kaila was hands down the best rep we have ever had! Her and Kiersten stayed late, we felt bad, but got everything set up and showed us how to use it. We aren't techy people and they made it easy!

We had such a wonderful experience in the store! Bryce helped my mom and I update our old plan, switch our internet to AT&T, and purchase 3 iPhone 13s. The staff in store were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us transfer our old information and answered any questions we had during the process. We cannot recommend them enough - particular thanks to Bryce! His costumer service was unmatched, thanks again from two happy costumers!!

Our Service Rep, Dan , at the Fairlawn store, was most knowledgeable, patient, and helpful as we attempted to get our new phones activated. There were several glitches that he handled seamlessly, and gave detailed instructions with everything that we didn’t understand……all with a smile and extreme patience. This all took a couple of hours to straighten out and Dan stayed with us until we got things straight and exited the store. The trainee that was with Dan was also very helpful, and it was only his second day. GREAT JOB by all involved.

I needed to upgrade the devices on three lines for my business. The sales rep (Mr. Rebeck) was very efficient and professional and made the entire experience that much more enjoyable! This store always takes great care of me when I need to handle changes and is the reason why I highly recommend this store. They truly take the time to explain everything and look for the most cost effective solution for their customers!
