Alprentince D was wonderful. North Battlefield didn’t care sometime tomorrow. All he said was, I got you! I sat and waited and was taken of Transferring all my meds!

I've read all the reviews & they're concerning to me as I have certain very much needed maintenance prescriptions, (just a couple as I cannot find a doctor who is taking new patients & therefore I've been out of my other maintenance prescriptions for well over a year; going on 2 years now!), but my experience this evening with the pharmacy at Walgreens shocked me.....they went over & above to fill my prescription that RiteAid transferred to them, (without my knowledge). I never got ANY notification from RiteAid that they were closing the store. NONE. I am PO'd with RiteAid. I've used RiteAid for YEARS & they just shut down with no notification to customers, (at least me anyway. I don't know if they contacted others or not).
The pharmacy staff was decent & actually cared. I went in there fully expecting to not be able to get my prescription filled this evening, thought I'd get it tomorrow, BUT found out that they're not open on Sunday. They explained that they were now handling all the RiteAid customers from the Volvo Pkwy location & they were swamped. They did fill my prescription. I was truly surprised, & grateful.
I'm thoroughly disgusted more with how RiteAid did their customers.

Exceptional experience getting our shots today!!! VicToria was gentle, and very very patient, and Adrian was compassionate and super knowledgeable processing our registration and paperwork! They both deserve special recognition for going over and above helping people when clearly they're overworked, under paid and having to work through their breaks?

I did not utilize the pharmacy on this visit and most of the negative reviews are focused on that. I found the store to be clean, well-stocked and the sales staff very helpful.

Stopped into the Greenbrier location to pick up a few odds and ends. Everyone was pleasant. One of the associates, Aletha, went out of her way to assist me. She was knowledgeable and very helpful!

This review is specifically for the pharmacy tech Daisha. Thank you for treating me with kindness. I had very negative and upsetting experiences that morning with my own Walgreens pharmacy’s near me and Daisha was understanding, helpful and calming. She is a light with an awesome, fun personality that glows and she deserves a huge kudos and recognition! Thank you Daisha.

The store was very clean and organized. I received help from a few of the associates there and they were so kind and hard working. I definitely recommend this walgreens!!

My husband and I were on vacation and needed a Rx filled. Sandip was wonderful. He was able to get the approval for us and within 24hrs we had our refill. He was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Sandip it was a pleasure. ~Linda & John

Mr.Sawyer was my saving grace this Valentine's day!! I haven't received customer service this great in a very long time!!
