JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Went for fabric to make a quilt, and Lisa told me everything I needed (that I had no clue about) to make it. She was very inviting and extremely patient with me. Very clean and inviting place. The prices were great too and I was even able to snag the 40% off sale.

Love the staff here. Been in and out the last couple weeks to get sewing supplies. The staff told me how to get discounts and were even super helpful to me when I lost my phone once and started crying/panicking. They all took time to help me find out.
They were even enthusiastic when I brought my costume head in to pick out fabric for it. They treated my dog nicely and loved on her! I'm a little ashamed how often I keep coming back... but I love the staff! Clean store. Well stocked. 5/5!

Great place to get craft supplies, fabrics, yarn, beads, etc.

Was really quite impressed with the amount of help that I got from the store staff, I had never been in the store, and really didn’t know what I was doing and the help I got was impressive. The lady that was helping me even took me to the website to get coupons so I could get a discount, they really just could not have been nicer. The store was immaculate.

The staff here are wonderful. I placed an online order like an hour before they closed (which is not super cool of me but I was in crunch time on a project and desperate). I was hoping maybe I’d get lucky. They were kind enough to cut the fabric for me right before close and I really appreciate that. Otherwise I love this Joann just in general. I shop here frequently and always have a positive experience.

The staff was very helpful. I went in looking for tracing paper & the staff member walked me to the product. Great customer service! At check out, service was extremely helpful by showing me how to use my Joann app. Great customer service! I'll keep going back!!

Clean, organized location. Staff are always helpful and friendly. They always have great sales and coupons, and you can shop online and pick your order up at the store (there's often a coupon for pick up orders, too). I always find something unique here!

Found excellent material to reupholster my dining room chairs. The price was phenomenal. The price rang up as ~$19. They then applied a $7 discount. Final cost around $12. Clerk measuring the material was very helpful too

I love this place! To me they have an excellent inventory of fabrics (I am a new sewist). The staff always seem helpful. The store is clean and they run sales a lot.

Kept us up to date on when patterns and other items might go on sale. Friendly staff, clean store, and more importantly very organized. We'll be there a lot working on some cosplay projects.

Everyone was so kind, patient in friendly. Kelsey in particular was very hardworking and happy to answer any questions we had, even though they may appear silly to others. She helped me begin my sewing journey by helping find good sewing patterns and helped with advice for a good sewing machine. Thank you Kelsey.

Just started sewing, so Ive been in and out of here a bit lately. It's been super easy to order online and pickup in store.

This is one of the larger joann fabric stores, and has a classroom for instruction. I found the dress pattern that I needed, and a few other items to re-stock my sewing supplies. The cutting table line was quick on a Tuesday afternoon, and the staff was courteous. Checkout was quick, with two registers open. The store was clean and well-organized, with no merchandise out of place.

Busy as a beehive in summer! I needed something that day to get a job completed and out of the way. Yes, Amazon had what I needed, and dozens of other options at a lower price and more of the product, but this was the only place in the 757 area that carried what I needed that day. Ya gotta pay for brick & mortar, and I am glad they had what I needed! The 2 registers were backed up like a DMV line, but hey- everyone waits for their Chick-fil-A and Starbucks right? Thanks, my project is completed.

First time ever in and everyone was so helpful! Found a kit I had as a child! Price was excellent and I couldn't be happier!
