This is my favorite Home Depot by far. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is well organized with an overall great store layout. I live in the Hickory part of Chesapeake VA. I purchased some lumber and a few small hand tools. Highly recommend.

Been going to this Home Depot for over 10 years, best damn Home Depot I've been to.
Staff is always nice and checkout is never long. Also a nice location for the Moyock crowd

I love it! I was there with my children to buy some boards. Fortunately they offer a craft stand for the kids. It was great! And if course I brought the boards and some potting soil. I will visit again soon 😁

Had a delivery 3/18/24. James in receiving was great. He's most definitely worth a 5 star rating.

Love this Home Depot! They always keep a good inventory of tools and lumber. And the staff and management are top notch!

We came here about a month ago and ordered our washer and dryer. First of all the lady in the area was extremely knowledgeable and was very kind. She showed passion and cared about assisting us. We ordered the two appliances and waited for our set delivery date. When the time came we got a remember a day or so ahead that our delivery was coming on our set date. We got a text reminder the day of and the personnel delivering called before arriving. They greeted us and asked where the appliances were going. They set up and brought them upstairs with no problem. They test ran everything and was done. Great service!! 5 stars!

I love this Home Depot the staff is on point. I had multiple employees as me if I needed assistance.

This Home Depot has been our preferred hardware store for the past three years. We are preparing to move in a few days and I could not leave without commending this store for their Phenomenal Service. We will miss your friendly staff, especially, Lamont. Lamont helped my husband and I purchase our first grill. We loved running into him when we stopped by. Thank you and your staff for making us feel at home.

Friendly atmosphere. They'll let you bring your dogs in on leash, which I LOVE! Even though I have never brought mine in, I do love to see all the pups getting in some social time. Think that is really awesome! And they do have a good selection of goods. This is where I go for paint. Love the Beher Brand, and you can only get it here.

Always have a good experience with this location and need to call out Kerry in the appliance department for his great customer service! (This is an area where many have failed lately) He was very friendly and helpful. I purchased a floor model over-the-range microwave which he wrapped and brought out to my truck.

I go here frequently for business. They are always friendly and they help in every way possible. Love this location.

Sometimes Home Depot has interesting items., also Tyler and Eric they both work in the lumber department, we're extremely helpful and made my day!!!

Clean, organized, workers are friendly. Competitive prices. Large selection of plants and housewares. Wood could be better quality. We have found some that was supposed to be high quality, that was expensive, but had holes/knots in it.

Walked in looking for a pipe fitting and a shower head. Found what I needed really quick and was out. Would have been faster, but a self checkout lane was down. Also Can you guys bring back the NFC Payments on the card machines? I'd rather not touch it....germs

I love this store. Most of what you're looking for is almost always in stock and associates are extremely kind and helpful. Without a doubt, the best Home Depot around.

Made an online purchase of a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Appliances arrived on delivery date as scheduled, only took one week. All appliances were delivered in mint condition and tested before the delivery men left. I had a plumbing issue so the dishwasher was scheduled with a plumber to come out and install it. As with the the previous scheduled appointment he arrived as scheduled and completed the installation and tested the appliance. The delivery persons and plumber were all extremely professional. I would order from this store again in the future. Great experience!

I liked this Home depot from day one, because of it being in close proximity to our home. Over the years they have saved us all kinds of gas money. Today I came in here like a bull in a China cabinet, in a hurry as usual, and an associate named mason saw me floundering trying to find a door sweep for the kitchen and he flew into action on his handheld PC and located the sweep in record time. Home depot you have one more happy camper because of Mason.
