Clean aisles easy to shop, lots of holiday clearance sales. Only two human counters, the rest were all self checkout. Items well stocked and store was clean.

The staff was friendly and well aware of where I could find items. One employee even let me know how I could get valuable coupons. Great customer service.

Clean store, but lacked a decent amount of planners like other Michaels stores. Regardless, it was a good shopping experience. Kind staff as well.

I love shopping here because I can find anything and everything for all kinds od fun projects. I love their sales and the coupons they send me. Their customer service is awesome too.

My husband and I went at Michael’s Chesapeake to get frames for our European art, the person that was in charge at this day was very attentive and professional, she helped us to find the perfect frames for both of pictures and explained everything to us. After 2 weeks my husband got the pictures back and we are in love with the beauty of the framing work. Thank you Cordula, you’re special because you do your job with love that’s why our pictures are so pretty!

Michaels has something for everyone, no matter whether you are into paper crafting, oil painting, home and seasonal decor, or woodworking.I love that their seasonal decor changes often to give many fun options.

Found what I needed two frames totaling and about 14 bucks 599 and 799 respectively. Staff excellent now I have two things that I've worked on today show you a picture below.

So glad this Michael's moved their location to the old Office Max. It's bigger and they have more inventory, at least it feels like it. I like shopping here because they have lots of discounts and coupons. I have an art business and Michael's is a great place to go if I need something last minute. Also the associates are pretty nice

This is by far my favorite craft store. They always have great deals and offer rewards for their regulars.

The store was clean, well stocked and employees were polite and attentive. There were some good deals and lots of choices for the crafts we were targeting, we ended up buying three times as much as we expected within the same budget!

A great place to get all of your crafting needs whether you're into sewing/knitting, dioramas, drawing, jewelry, decor, wood making/carving, and more. Plenty of selection and prices are comparable to other stores. The staff are knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

Took advantage of their 80 percent off Christmas sale, now I need more storage totes 😊 Definitely would not have gotten anything if I had to pay the listed price,away too much even with today's prices
