The customer service at Greenbrier Target is outstanding this holiday season, from the associates in the women’s department to the cashiers. They have great, quality selections and the prices for the holiday season are great. You can also get price matching for the holidays until December 24, 2023 if the price goes down at Target.

This store is in the greenbrier market center 1316 greenbrier parkway ,other side Volvo parkway and Eden way it’s in the greenbrier area in chesapeake Va 23320 close to I-64 .Best store for new arrivals of clothing, electronic, shoes,health and beauty and much more.You can buy decent clothes on clearance very cheap we normally buy clothes, health and beauty, medicine, electronic, home decor and much more on sale. We got target circle get discount. We buy kids ,women clothes,shoes ,cosmetics, electronic,toys and office supplies regularly buy other stuff too when are on sale and save lots products durable.There is Starbucks store inside we buy and eat there nice place. This store in greenbrier market place is very clean, neat and well organized and stocked. We love to buy lots from here no complaints ever. Customer service is excellent. Enough parking space and safe and convenient shopping store.

I went to numerous Targets looking for Apple Pie Cookies by Favorite Day. Every one we went too said they had the cookies in stock. But of course they did not. Well we went to the Greenbrier store. They didn’t have them visible. I was so upset so I asked to speak to a manager. In comes Polly and Shannon. They wouldn’t give up and Shannon actually found all the cookies. They exhibited awesome customer service!! They went above and beyond!! I certainly appreciate them!!

More choices than other Target locations

Shan with order pickup was extremely helpful this evening. I genuinely appreciated his patience as I switched my drive up to inside pickup(incorrectly). Even after that he was willing to help with my additional questions.

Josh in the tech section went out of his way to help us find the right battery for our car keys and than went above and beyond by actually helping us with replacing them right there in store. Very outstanding customer service!

I adore this store and the different things that I like. A little disappointing that been changed it has been out of stock for a while after the Covid 19

I have been to this Target location many times as it is located very close to my home, in the many years that I’ve visited I’ve always had a pleasant experience. The only issues have been checking out when the lines get crazy!

I just ❤ Target! The African American selections the store offers always makes me feel appreciated and celebrated especially during black history month and Junetheeth! First store that I've ever seen Band aids in colors that cater to black and brown skin tones! I just love u guys!!!

I really wish I could remember his name, but a young blonde guy, (gabe, maybe?) was working in the pick up/ return/ exchange area. He was so helpful with both getting our pick up order and helped check us out for some other things we got. Definitely visit this target for great customer service!

This is one of my favorite targets. Always stocked! Everyone here is so welcoming and professional. There’s a younger gentleman I wanna say he’s management or supervisor. He works in customer service tall,blonde hair his attitude while working is Impeccable!

The rest of Target's in the rest of Hampton Roads area needs to be more knowledgeable, go above and beyond like Target at Greenbrier Mall area in Chesapeake, Va 23320.
