Total Wine & More

It was my first time at this location, but my experience was pleasant. It’s much bigger than the Total Wine I normally go to but as I was looking around I was immediately greeted by an associate who took me right over to the wine I was looking for. And the cashier was sweet and kind. Overall I have nothing negative to say and would totally recommend this location! Great visit!

Great selection of wine, beer and other spirits. Store is huge, but designed very well for easy shopping. Have lots of items put together for gift giving

Love the store! Very clean and employees extremely helpful. ALSO got to sample some Coastal Cocktail samples and Courtney with Chicks Event Services was a doll. Friendly and informative I ended up leaving with the variety pack.

Long story short back at Christmas time I went up to TW at their old location in Crossways Shopping Center and found the unit vacant. There were no signs in the window indicating they had moved and it simply looked as if it had gone out of business. I couldn't believe it.

I quickly checked my phone and discovered they had moved over to the Greenbrier Market Shopping center (Where Target and Best Buy are) on the other side of Eden Way. Off I went...

So this new location is gorgeous. Just like they did in Hilltop of VB, they upgraded into a larger vacant store. I don't know how many square feet it is however the new location is at least 4 times the size of their former one. Inside everything is beautifully designed and easily laid out.

As always the staff was friendly and helpful and I was able to make my purchases quickly. If you haven't been in a while you owe it to yourself to check out the new location. I think you'll be impressed.

A great place mainly for your wine needs but they also sell other spirits such as beer or sake. Liquors like vodka or rum would need to be purchased at an ABC store. As this is one of their larger stores, think of it as a grocery store for wine. Plenty of selection for types of wine, classifications, and vintages. You can get your run of the mill affordable selections all the way up to high-ticket wines. They even have a variety of wine accessories for serving and even have a selection of snacks to be paired with whatever you get. There's even a section for choosing cigars if you like pairing those with wine consumption. The staff are knowledgeable in assisting you, they are polite and professional. They are following current Covid guidelines. Recommended.

EXCELLENT service. Staff went above and beyond. One of the staff members who was actually off for the day - overheard my talking to myself about something I messed and told me she would assist me - or get someone who could.

So this place has anything and everything you can think of as far as alcohol goes. Its known for its wine of course, but they have seasonal beers and liquor you csn create your own six pack, case whatever. They have wine from all over the world.if you are a wine person and have not checked this place out yet it even if you like to try new beer, wine whatever you need to go if you have never been. This one is in Chesapeake off of Greenbrier.

Teryn and Dawn were AMAZING!!! We came in to purchase wine and beer for our wedding and the two of them helped us figure out how much of everything we needed, and worked with us on flavor profiles to pair with our food while still keeping us in budget. They are both extremely knowledgeable with wine and their profiles. Best customer service We’ve received in a long time. Both of them deserve raises and accolades for such outstanding service! Thank you both so much!!!

This is the best maintained Total Wine I have shopped at. Staff was very helpful and professional. Look forward to my next shopping trip

First time there last week after hotpot. We were so happy to find soju! They have so many flavors and our cashier was amazing. He was so funny and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Wonderful. Great choices including a large selection of seasonal beers which is something I always look for. They also had a well stocked (no empty boxes) of cigars and cigar accessories. Great for that quick pick when you decide you want to try something last minute. Also a knowledge staff, at least on the beer side
