This is my absolute FAVORITE UPS LOCATION!!! The staff is always friendly and the line moves fast. Esp. Amanvir Kaur , she is the BEST. She always greets you with the biggest smile. I am big on customer service and she never fails to impress. Amanvir is very attentive and helpful. 5 stars for Amanvir Kaur from Murphy Texas UPS store.

Senhal is such an amazing employee. She always works with me to make sure everything is correct. She even went out of her way once to help me bring in an extremely heavy box of books my boss was having ne mail. She grabbed a trolly and even went out to my car to grab her self. Amazing customer service.

binny and amanveer were a great help Not only they spoke my language which was a great plus that helped me do it much faster than any other UPS store but they also assisted other customers while doing that really made my day

I came in with many packages and I wasn’t exactly organized. AJ and Binny were so very sweet and helpful! I had to return a package but needed the label printed and Jake was so kind showed me how to email the label to the store and it was a bit difficult printing it out it kept cutting out my return information and address. He created a label with just my name and address, cut it to size and attached it to my package. He was so patient with me and helpful. Thank you for having Jake. As an exceptional employee. I will always use this store.

Listen, Jake was amazing! I brought in over 300lbs of parts that I needed to ship and he boxed each box with care! He took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. I in no way felt like we were being rushed. There was another lady working so she was able to take care of the customers that came in. He chose boxes that were appropriate for my needs. I appreciate him being such a big help. He even helped me bring the stuff in from the truck. He OFFERED help, I did not have to ask for it. He is a great asset to this location and he provided excellent customer service from the beginning. My bill wasn't cheap, but nothing is cheap anymore :) Thanks Jake for your help! I truly appreciate it in a world where customer service is basically nonexistent!
