This is the only UPS store l go to! There are a couple other locations which are closer to me but I’ve tried them and the customer service is zero compared to how l am treated here. But this is not just for me! I’ve witnessed other clients get impeccable service time and time again. They are patient, professional, well staffed, fairly priced, and make sure you are taken care of quickly. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer here for 1.5 years, and I have to say the service here is exceptional. This store has UPS, USPS, and DHL services to choose from.

Everyone is cheerful and helpful. Any questions I've had were always answered quickly and professionally. I've never had any issues with my mailbox or my packages, each package that is received will generate an email notification to me so I'll never miss a package. When on long trips, the store will hold my packages safely for me until I return so I can travel without worry.

Absolutely recommended whether just for a quick letter drop off or a long-term mail receiving/sending need.

Update: 12/21/2021 I have been using this store for several months and they have an awesome Team that goes above & beyond to make the process easy and painless. I think I had 1 issue with a stolen/missing package but it didn't even feel like an issue since they resolved it!

I do not post often. However, I had a very sensitive package that I needed shipped. With me changing my mind and even going back up to the location to change the shipping, the staff was so friendly. Aliya was very kind and patient with me and my back and forth.
There was a New young lady who was very sweet also doing the best she could and was also kind and very patient with me as well.
Thank you two these two ladies and one more lady, with a pretty accent who help with printing out my label for my comfort. These three ladies are the prime example of great customer service!

This UPS is the best, they're ALWAYS friendly, they welcomed you with a smile and they are fast. I will drive just to go to this location.

Longer time box holder here....First I must say the staff at this location are GREAT!!! Each and every one is personalbe and very helpful. BUT.....

BEWARE!!! Large Price Increase!

Plus the new owners started off offering seven-day-a-week service now it's down to 6 days a week and closes 2 hours earlier each Saturday despite the big price increse customers now have far less access for far more money.

Bad way to treat long time customers who are use to longer access.....the old bait and switch. (without the professional courtesy notifying customers they will now be closed on Sundays) actually Stinks!!!! Bad!!!

SHOUT OUT to the ENTIRE staff!! You guys are ALWAYS so friendly and eager to help and I like the fact that you know I love those Swedish Fish and always make sure you have some for me when I come in. Ann, is an absolute sweetheart and loves what she does and it shows!! Keep doing what y'all are doing because you have it right!!

This place just provided absolutely superior customer service to me when I was in a tight spot, needing to get something to a distant city overnight. I called to see when the cutoff would be for the overnight requirement and the cutoff had passed. The kind woman working told me she would stay late to ensure my parcel made it to the destination on time. In person, the employee was even more helpful than she was on the phone. She well exceeded my expectations and did more than I could have asked of anyone. This is not the UPS location closest to my home but I will gladly make the extra drive to support this operation from here on.
