Best pharmacy ever. They treat you like family and they make sure you know every detail of your medication before you leave. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.!

This place taught me that all pharmacies are not the same. Not even close. There is a much deeper level of service and personality with this business. For example, they are prompt to answer the phone and answer any questions without making you feel rushed or like a nuisance. They are thorough and feel like REAL humans who actually listen and care. Super importantly - they can find online coupons for drugs and apply the discounts correctly. I had to stop using my company's mail in pharmacy service because they can't figure this out no matter what and would charge $300 for something Lacey would charge $50. I read one negative review here about how they were never in Lacey's system and couldn't get an order filled but there's two locations and I'm willing to bet the meds were called in to the other location. By the way I've been to that location several times too and it's equally fabulous.

While customer service can range from ok to tolerable in America Lacey’s Marietta stands out as excellent. When I had a problem with a prescription and service on the phone imperative Lacey’s talked me through and eventually solved my much needed medication problem. This display of genuine concern for my wellbeing from Logan and staff on a Saturday puts all other pharmacy’s to shame. Thanks Thomas McCullough

Lacey's is absolutely fantastic I never realized how much difference it would make, going to a pharmacy that wasn't part of a large chain. I had trouble finding my prescription, as some places might have it one month, and not the next, and I would have to drive around to different stores to find it, but once my doctor recommended Lacey's, I have never had that problem again!

They're friendly, helpful, and you see the same faces each time you go. The pharmacists are very open and will really help you when there's a question about something.

Also, on a side note; they have medical items that are hard to find anywhere else, like compression socks, walkers, bags/pumps, medical tapes, crutches, etc. It's really a wonderful place to go for any kind medical need!

Fantastic Mom and Pop pharmacy! I go here a couple times a month and they are always super nice and they get medications filled pretty fast. The best part about using them is that they always have my medications on hand, so I never have to wait a day or two for the medications to come in.

My wife has been fighting cancer this last year and so I spent quite a number of times each month picking up pain meds for her or other items for her from both before her surgery and after. The wonderful folks here got to know me and I enjoyed chatting with them whenever I needed to get a prescription filled. I really appreciate the real, hometown feel and personal understanding and care these folks showed. The also, always had my wife's pain meds in stock verses the other pharmacies we tried the first couple of months after her diagnosis. I would go no place else after finding Lacey's Marietta Pharmacy.

Wonderful pharmacist and staff all the way around! They carry hard to find medications and even can compound and make it specifically to your doctor's request on the prescription. Great place to take care of everyone in your families medications including your pet! So convenient to have the whole family's medication records all at one pharmacy. Highly recommend for friendly service and quality care! The Acworth location is the same way! Excellent place to do business with!

Service that is second to none, every single person on staff, from cashiers to the pharmacists are best of the best professionals, that understand the customer should be their priority. They do all of this while keeping with, (for the lack of a better term), keeping a friendly “down home” atmosphere that is long gone among super stores. Many times while waiting, I’ve witnessed staff go above and beyond to help the most rude customers you could imagine, all with a smile and the understanding that most folks are probably not at there best if when they visit a pharmacy. The service at Laceys harkens back to the times when a business truly understood that caring for customers was number one, repeat customers and new customers were equally and were paramount. It’s no wonder more and more small businesses, especially pharmacies such as Lacys Pharmacy, are popping up everywhere. if I could give Laceys 5000 stars I would! Great people here. Thank you.

This is flat out the best pharmacy I have ever been to. They are a small privately owned pharmacy with 2 locations and tend to carry a lot of medications that the big name drug stores don't. They give an incredible level of service, punctuality and value to their customers. I go to their Kennestone location for everything I can. Support this great small business and get superior service in the process.

It’s nice to know the staff and pharmacists know you and care about you. They talk to you. They ask questions. They don’t treat you as an inconvenience. I stopped using the chains (mainly CVS) because they rotate pharmacists or have unbelievable turnover. Here you see the same people every time. Love them all, especially Ed!

Nicole at this pharmacy really is an awesome person. She goes out her way to help others which is a rare trait in these days and times. So these 5 stars are for you Nicole and Lacey's should be grateful to have someone as yourself employed by them. Nicole you truly rock!!!!

Carries hard to find medications, has an amazing staff, wonderful customer support, hard to find OTC items. Best pharmacy ever. I will be moving all of my business to Lacey, even though it's further away, the trip is worth it.

They have been my pharmacy for over 7 years I would never ho any other place I have even fought my insurance over it they are kind and always helping me with anything they can god bless

The staff here exemplifies the concept of providing both expedient and personalized service without being intrusive. I was once facing a particularly nasty problem with an insurance provider, such that my well being was at risk. One of Lacey's pharmacists, Jeff, became mega-advocate and resolved the problem expediciously. What a champ indeed!

It is located on the 1st floor, go straight into the building, pass the elevators and it's on the left. They havd a very kind staff that don't make you wait too long for your prescriptions, and have a good amount of over the counter medicine, braces and supplies for an array of needs for injuries and illnesses. The only downside is the parking. If you don't have handicap parking, you might have to park on the lower part of the deck. But it has a full parking garage so you Will find somewhere to park.

Pat and Yami at the counter give swift and professional - plus personal service. The pharmacists go out of their way to help with difficult prescriptions, difficult doctors, and difficult insurance companies. Lacey' Marietta surely does outshine the CVS and Walgreens in the area.

Lacey’s Pharmacy went above and beyond to ensure that I got my prescription before I went out of town. I really appreciated all their help.

If you can’t find a particular medication they will have it or will make it for you. Lacey’s pharmacist are experienced in compound formula Rx. They are genuinely nice and willing to answer any questions you might have.
