The UPS Store

I’ve been coming to this UPS store for many different services ever since moving to the area about 10 months ago. I have always found the store to be clean and the staff to be friendly. Today I had an emergency situation that required extra help and Linda and Shay went above and beyond to help me with my issue and I cannot express my gratitude to both of them! They are both the epitome of going above, and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They are both an asset to this store!

I had a great experience today at this UPS store in Clermont. I walked in with a TON of paperwork that I needed to copy. I went to the counter and asked for help, and a nice woman named Rose immediately went to work. She took off staples, arranging piles, and stayed with me for 15 minutes printing everything. What a breeze, she made my life so easy! What a pleasure. I have been here many times to mail packages and have always been satisfied. Nice people, well run business

We actually drive out of our way 20 minutes to come to this location. The customer service is phenomenal, always friendly and willing to help. The location near our home in champions gate is awful compared to this one. My husband Joseph usually drops off our extra packages here and he loves it. Nick & Aimee (unsure of spelling) are excellent employees. This review is for them especially.

I had a awesome experience when I went to this store with at 6 Amazon returns! There was a young lady there, who was positive , very helpful, and supportive. I have difficulty with pulling up the scanning info on my phone, and she noticed that I was stressed, and became continually letting me know that everything was ok, and I was going to complete my task. And that she was there to provide whatever help I needed. Let me know she wasn't in a hurry and that was able to take my time, and not worry! This may not seems like a big deal to anyone else, but it was just what I needed, and I was very thankful to her and for her help, and positive nature! Thank you!

I contacted the UPS store to have items picked up and shipped from a local government office. Their service was phenomenal, and the items were packed perfectly to prevent damage. The shipping cost was much less compared to other shippers I have used previously. Highly recommended!

Service is always prompt, and welcoming.

Just stopped by to drop off a package (and have its label printed). The staff was a blast! Friendly, communicative, and very inviting. I'd have no reservations going back for any of my shipping and or office needs. Good people.

The gentleman had 2 other customers in the store at the time we were there. Greeted us and then made sure to handle all of us with no issues. Highly recommend going here!!
