Great variety and prices, very knowledgeable staff. A family owned business, Drew and Angela are great people that are so helpful and informative. Many hard to find items, a really nice shop!

Located right between in the Publix plaza between the pool place and Title Boxing, I visited this place looking for one thing and ended up walking out with many. There is a great selection of vitamins, minerals, natural oils, body and skin products, drinks, healthy snavks and more. The owner and employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about their store and product. They seem to all take pride in health and helping people.

I tried their apple cider drinks from the cooler. They are a dilicious recommedation. I also had some of their Keto friendly snack and bread. ZERO CARB BREADS AND SNACKS!!! I bought a bunch of those along with some probiotics.

Prices are a lot lower than amazon and they have tons of stock in stock. I recommended a product and they told me they would get a vendor to supply it. Now that is great customer service!

Been purchasing supplements here since it’s opening and prior to that I was a regular at his father’s shop in South Florida! I’ve seen his son ( owner) fill in the big shoes of his extremely knowledgeable and ethical dad. Great customer service!

Family owned with years of knowledge — this is my go-to place for so many things! From my essential oils & protein powder to my gluten free items & snacks to my mom’s daily memory meds and my son’s sports care, they take phenomenal care of us! The customer service and friendliness make me quite comfortable sending friends and family there as well.
