I called 4 different facilities for oil change. On top that it was crazy price. As soon as I called, Victor mas awesome, took care of my wife’s car, and on top of that, made great recommendations without feeling pressured for today and future services. Super clean waiting area, I kept working while they work on the car.

I was very pleased with the quality of service I received. Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. The tires I purchased had to be ordered but came in on time and I was in and out within 2 hours (even if they were short staffed). Will definitely take my vehicle here in the future when maintenance is needed. Keep up the GOOD work!

Went in for a brake pad and oil change. They had it done in 2 hours. They were very busy, 6 cars ahead of me so I dropped it off and came back when they called me. I have a 2020 Toyota Camry SE, needed 4 new brake pads and full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and balance/alignment. $350 not including tax. Fair price, friendly workers, and no up-sells. Would recommend for those services mentioned!

Customer services was amazing. Member Alexandria worked out an amazing deal with me. Brought me down from a very high price and got me a massive deal for numerous jobs that I needed done.

Although I spent all of my morning time with them, they made sure my car was up to par with newly installed wheels, oil change and Tire alignment. Along with a free tire rotation, brake and battery check.

Ask for Ty. He knows his stuff. I brought him my car for a second opinion and he recognized that some of the odd sounds my car was making was from worn out tires, suggesting I also replace my brake rotors. He correctly realized, contrary to what the dealer was saying, that my wheel bearings and struts were neither worn out nor due for replacement, even going so far as to showing me the condition of the vehicle.

Ty is an honest and competent mechanic and I recommend his services without reservation.

I brought my Subaru Forester for alignment because of vibration in the front. The technician found the problem with the control arms. He explained very well the problem and order parts. Came back to finish the repair and the job was done extremely well and on time. The technician Victor did an amazing job on the alignment and Technician Jerome also did an amazing job replaced the both control arms. Both technicians are amazing. Now my car runs great. Price was also reasonable and no pressure to sell me anything. I’ll continue to bring my car here.

I 100% recommend this place. Victor was very professional and helpful. He demonstrated knowledge and care as he assisted me with what my car needed.

This place and the people are amazing! I almost never write a review but this one is deserved. Everyone was awesome , especially Tony and Robert. They know what they are doing and after being given the run around from another place, they just simply fixed the issue with my car. They put my mind at ease and were upfront with me about the repairs. If they say they can do it, they will!!! I am so grateful to have found this hidden gem in Clermont! So I've gotten work done here before and they were really quick. Came back to have a tire put on the rim but it took 3 hours because they were swamped. Normally that would mean a bad review but I get that people get swamped in the service industry. The managers at Mavis get that waiting sucks as do mistakes. Turns out I bought the wrong rim for my vehicle and instead of turning me away, they straightened out my old rim put It back on and didn't charge me for the service just the sensor/parts. Super understanding and hard working guys that care about their customers. Not the cheapest option but definitely the best bang for your buck and great customer service.

Moved to the area last fall, and have had a few encounters with this shop. So far, they’ve been outstanding. Everyone there is friendly and kind and willing to explain things in however much detail you need. Will definitely continue to go to this shop and would recommend without hesitation.

Great customer service and prices, I came in without an appointment and left with a new tire within a half hour. Only tire shop in town that actively tried to save me money instead of upcharging. Will only be using Mavis from now on.

Was just there end of December 2023. Excellent service! These guys took such good care of my tires. They had to be ordered special. Even had a tricky order and a little bit of a difficult time but they made it happen. Helpful and kind. A great team they have over there!

Absolutely great experience! All the guys were super attentive. Great prices as well. Got all 4 tires replaced and an alignment.
