Love this store and will be a repeat visitor! The quality of the products are amazing and the staff is knowledgeable.

I have been making changes to my health for about 6 months and after some health scares my family is finally following suit.. I happily got some items from this store to help with everyone’s detox from their vices and to give them a boost where they lack healthwise.

Everything has been amazing so far.

They did have some of the items we wanted on the way, but it wasn’t dire that we didn’t buy it the first time around.

We will be sharing this store with all our friends!

Andrew the owner/operator is so intelligent and knows his products. If you want something to build muscle he’ll tell you what you need. If you want just to be healthy he can recommend what’s best for you!

The place we go for our protein and power health food needs. The owners is extremely knowledgeable if you ask the right questions! The different types of powders and supplements can be daunting... but we are always confident that we will get what we need. Highly recommended to all folks!

The only comprehensive “go-to” supplement store anywhere around here. Huge selection of quality products, extremely friendly and knowledgeable service, no sales tricks. Andrew will give you advice if that’s all you’re coming in for.

GNC’s have come and go all around Concord/Kannapolis but Drew is the one that sticks around and it’s not surprising why when you go in and look around.

I won’t shop anywhere else for supplements.

From the time I walk into the store I was greeted with a positive, and professional attitude by the owner. He is very knowledgeable of the products in his store. He recommended a few vegan products to me, that I did purchase, and I must say the products are great! It's rare customer service is good these days. Thank you for the great customer service!!!

Andrew delivers great products, amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable about the health and wellness industry! I feel very comfortable asking him for his recommendations and opinions. I don't live in NC, so he makes the ordering and shipping process so easy! I will continue to support his small business and refer him to friends and family!

This store is awesome, what makes it better than other vitamin shops or health food stores is the knowledgeable owner who is always there. You walk in thinking you know what you need and he always makes himself available to help. Through asking questions he gets you what you really need. In one visit he helped me find the right supplement that has changed my days, it gives me the perfect energy through out the day, I'm not fatigued anymore, and I've kicked my energy drink habit. I ordered a bunch of items from this store online, and shipping was very fast I was extremely happy with the customer service and my products. The owner whom I was corresponding with online was extremely helpful in giving me recommendations and answering all my questions (I had a lot lol). Vitasmart has been a pleasure to deal with! As a customer, they were very attentive and quick to respond to all of my inquiries as I’ve been hunting down my favorite products from a now out of business company. The best place to get hard to find supplements and if Andrew doesn't have it in stock, he can usually have it the next day! Very knowledgeable of all his products as well. Also he has a large variety of Keto and vegan dinners and foods along with fitness supplements.

5/30/2019 UPDATE: I have to say Andrew is a truly honest professional when it comes to his business. I recently went to another chain vitamin shoppe because I was out of town but left empty handed simply because the person behind the counter tried to push really useless stuff on me and talked down about the stuff I was trying to get because it wasn't the store brand. Unbelievable.

So I left the stuff on the counter. This is what separates VitaSmart and Andrew ( the Owner) from other stores. Ive brought items up to the counter and asked him if it was the best thing and Ive seen him go and pick out another product based on my needs that was LESS priced than the one I took up too him.

This right there showed me he isn't about just business. He cares for his customers. And he literally spun his computer screen around and showed me research on the product right there LOL. Now that's customer service! He deserves 10 stars.

Good variety of supplements and health items. They also carry brands in store that other retailers do not (like Muscle Sport). The owner is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend.
