CVS

I placed an order for posters to be printed and when i was notified that they were ready i showed up and two were perfect but the other two were not printed correctly Chris and Jasmine were so kind and helpful when i pointed out the mistake and made sure to get the other two posters fixed within the hour. I was nervous about coming to this location because of the reviews regarding the pharmacy but Chris and Jasmine had amazing customer service and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy.

It would be nice if you all could do away with the extensive receipts. I know that is where you offer a lot of your coupons. I'm currently looking at my receipt and there are six coupons attached. On a good day, I might use one of them! It would be the \"30% off your full-price purchase.\" I don't know how much money this would save CVS in receipt tape expenses but if it did, I'm sure that extra money could be used in other places within the company.

Lovely cashier, Serena, took the time to patiently track down what I was looking for and correct my bill at the check out counter. It was so nice to encounter great customer service. Thank you Serena.

Long time customer here. They have always been busy, but most of the time very friendly.Occasional bump in the road but overall good. I tried Cannon due to supporting a local business. They were usually nice, except one large hassle over a return. They just rarely called about my prescription being ready. Excuse was always, a system problem. They would switch suppliers and then the pills were a different color, or couldn’t be split effectively. Either way, I returned to CVS and I’m glad I did.

Initially I had a problem with a girl behind the counter at the pharmacy. She had a bad attitude and it really bothered me especially being in that line of work. I went back 2 days later and she was there. I guess they talked to her about what happened, which I never asked them to do so, and she actually fixed the situation with me. She apologized. Everybody has bad days. She's human I'm not saying what she did was right, however she fixed the issue and it didn't linger which was fine by me. I appreciated the fact that she considered my feedback and actually made it right. Sometimes I think they're way too backed up but they're not a terrible Pharmacy though. I think they need more help, but if you actually give them a chance they take care of you. It's easy to forget that we all have bad days sometimes it shows, I I can understand how that will bother somebody especially like I said being in that line of business, you have to be empathetic, sympathetic, and have a great human connection. They normally have that but again they're also human and not perfect. Just my opinion. Why hold something over someone's head especially after they've apologized and made it right? I know a lot of pharmacies that are really bad this is not one of them. I just think they need more help in the back that would help their problems tremendously as far as having orders ready on time, not being so overwhelmed and backed up

Always nice staff and pharmacist. Marci Christy and Ashleigh always take care of our medicine and explain anything we need to know. Thank you for always taking care of us. Rick and Betty McDaniel.
