Target at Kannpolis NC is a great store to shop in. Has great prices and merchandise. The store is clean and well organized. The employees are friendly and nice. Checking out is quick.

My daughter and I always get the best enjoyment here on our little Friday afternoon trips! She got her Halloween costume yesterday!

Probably this one of the few places I often go. This place fulfils all my needs during my shopping spree. Great customer service as well!

I was here a little while ago for a curbside pickup. However, the item was defective and I had to go in. The lady working the customer service area with the red hair was extremely helpful. She handled the situation like a pro and made sure I walked away happy. Her assistance was much appreciated! I wish I had gotten her name to give a proper shoutout.

I'm from out of town and never saw a Super Target. Found everything I needed and more. The parking is fabulous. The checkout was quick. I was impressed.

I love this place. The girls at the exchange, service desk are literally life savers. They go out of their way to make your life easier. Not only are they amazing at their job they have such a huge personality. They are so funny and cute. I believe I was helped by Amber and Raven. They literally made my target experience the best over.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by someone so friendly. The whole place is clean. Tons of stuff to choose from. And the cashier was super patient with my 7 year old as she counted out her cash and change to pay for her purchase she had saved up for.

I LOVE not wasting time inside the store shopping and then waiting at the registers. Drive up pick up and free delivery of my online items is the way to go. I also have Shipt so when I’m not in the mood to leave the house, my items are delivered to my doorstep within 2 hours. Target makes my life much easier!

Clean, friendly and a lot closer to me than Wal-Mart. Prices are higher though, but sometimes it's worth it considering there's not as many people shopping here.

My recent in-store experience with Amber (guest service representative) is the sole reason for this 5 star review. She was thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. One of the best customer service interactions I have had in a really long time.

In the tech department today I was helped by Kat - and I can’t remember the gentleman’s name - but they went above and beyond and I’m so thankful!

I love this location, always clean, stocked and when needed friendly staff.

I purchased two pairs of jeans without trying them on. When I got home they were too big. When I brought them in to exchange them the associate looked up the sizes that I needed to make sure that they were on the floor. It made it easier to be able to find the size that I needed. Even though the line was a little long for the returns they had enough workers to keep the line moving.

The employees are always friendly, helpful and respectful. I’ve never had a problem finding anything and the cakes I’ve bought have been delicious! I would definitely recommend this Target.

Lovely place to shop with a Starbucks inside. Very easy to find products that don’t have sulfate or Parabin. Granted that there are less then five brands/products but I’m sure that will expand in the future.

Lindsey was AMAZING! Her customer service was phenomenal! I am a beginner with makeup. She answered my questions, spoke to me about my options, and she genuinely made me feel like she wanted to help me. Even a week later, I’m still telling people about the best customer service I ever experienced!
