The UPS Store

So I have been using this UPS store for the last two to three years and I have never ever in my life met people so genuinely kind, uplifting and courteous. I was so overwhelmed with their friendly and cheerful attitudes that I just like going in there when I feel down just to feel better. Ken, George, Cindy and all the rest that work. There are the most wonderful people in the business world I have ever met 💕 Ken especially always greets me with a smile and the most positive attitude... I brought them a small cheese plate one day just because I had so much gratitude in my heart. I just wanted to say thank you in some small way. Truly they are the best. God bless you all 🙏

The owner/ manager is incredible! He is friendly, great memory and always welcoming.

I’ve been using the Anastasia Plaza UPS store for two years, but I’ve taken 70+ trots around the sun, and therefore have had probably hundreds of encounters with UPS store employees in that time. THIS UPS store has THE friendliest and most helpful employees of ANY of the dozens of other stores (from East Coast to West) that I’ve had reason to visit. I have NEVER walked out of this store without a smile on my face, put there by its affable, lighthearted-banter-prone associates. Update: KEN is an outstanding problem solver!

This is a full service ups store. I rent a box and ship frequently. They really go the extra mile for me and my small business needs. I appreciate all kindness and professionalism.

Ken, Cindy and Pinky helped me with several Amazon returns today. Customer service was outstanding and they were very understanding and helped me out with the packaging too when needed. I have been to several different UPS stores and this one is my favorite. Thank you so much for awesome service!

This is the best store around. I’ve been coming there 2-3 times a year for many years.
The owner knows the name of most of the customers he’s always helpful and cheerful.
And He hires the best people! I mean as far as customer service and attitude experience knowledge go .. this store is great!
I’ve purchased boxes and no problem at all didn’t even need a receipt to return.
Sometimes people come in the line is usually short but last min holiday time maybe 15 min wait etc and someone goes up to desk starts talking or texting rather than taking care of business. Owner or staff might motion or yell over for next person to come around but I’ve never seen anyone spoken to rudely or not treated with care and expertise.
By the way, who cares where his grandpa was born ? I just like shipping my package and nice friendly attitude. It’s like “Cheers” of the shipping business lol.

Needed a document notarized and called the store and was told, yes, come on over and they'd be happy to do that for me. I went right over, and was promptly attended to by a woman named Cindy, who kindly notarized my document and was very pleasant and kind. I love the cards at this store too...so had to do some shopping while I was there. Nice to have a pleasant place so close to where I live. Thank you.

George and Cindy were fantastic! I had some obnoxiously large Amazon returns I was dreading to make, but they made it so smooth and even helped with packaging. 10/10!

We recently went to this UPS Store for a last minute print job. The staff was so courteous and helpful. They processed our print job quickly and it was half the price of a quote we got from Staples. Staples also told us it would take 48 hours to process our print job. If you need something printed this is the place to go!

BEST of the best. New owner is great and staff is always cordial. Have had a few printing emergencies, and have always gone above and beyond to help us out. Have never been treated with such care and professionalism at any other location. Thank you guys. You all rock!

Wow! 1st time visiting this store to ship something and I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. The lady and the young guy were super friendly. Great experience!

Love this place. They are so friendly and helpful. Ken helped us in a pinch today trying to get a package off in time for Christmas right before closing. Made this Covid Christmas a little brighter!

Came in today to get a contract notarized, a page printed, and an package overnighted. They are super helpful and friendly here. Really can't say enough about how great and helpful everyone was.
