Walgreens

I pretty much know where everything is, but I can get help quickly if needed. I loved that a Walgreens opened close to me a number of years ago and I have been a loyal customer since. I can get what I want at a reasonable price, there are good discounts/ BOGOs, and I rack up the points that translate into money off the total bill at check out. The pharmacists are also excellent! I love being able to call some of the associates by name and knowing they truly care about their customers.

Loved this walgreen. I worked at walgreens in texas for 3 years and they were perfectly faced and clean. A manager ( dark haired woman) there helped us find a cheap aloe lotion and was very friendly. Loved this location.

This Walgreen's is a short walk from where my husband and I stay when we are in town. I have been there often and always been pleased with the service. Today we both had questions for the pharmacist. Her name was Madison and she could not have been more friendly, more patient or more helpful. Thank you, Madison!

April in cosmetics is the best. She is helpful, polite and has great customer service skills. She goes out of her way to help you and knows all the current deals. She's wonderful. She deserves a raise, right to management. 10 stars.

Best customer service I could ask for!! Pharmacy was great, I was looking for a specific item and without asking an employee approached me and found for me. I've switched to this store even tho it's out of the way for me, I prefer it over any others I've been to.

I've had nothing but good experiences here especially with the pharmacy. Always been friendly and helpful so I'm surprised to see other reviews.

Well laid out store. Most things easy to find.
Was there early. It can get crowded with long lines at checkout with only 1 cashier.

The cashier this morning was a Moran...he mumbled and looked down when he spoke, so it was impossible to hear what he was saying. I do have hearing issues but if someone is talking to me and they're looking at me I'm ok.
He acted like he didn't even want to be there actually.
I guess it's hard to find good help these days.

Called to inquire about product before driving to island. Person answering phone said he did not know and suggested calling back tomorrow. It wasn't even 5:00 . I wanted to shop after work before going home. He did not offer to look. It would have taken him 5 minutes to check. I was calling off if an advertisement recieved in the mail. NOW, I will go to Target instead. Walgreens had to have spent valuable marketing dollars, only to be wasted by an ineffecient employee who couldn't be bothered. I will NOT shop at Walgreens no matter the promotion. I will pay full price elsewhere, based on the principle of the matter. This is not the first time Walgreen employees have done this, but it will be the LAST. If you call corporate, they give talking points and recited scripts. They obviously have enough profits to blow customers off so ceremoniously. DONE!

3 stars is generous. Drive through Covid testing "only with an appointment" said the rude kid who looked like he rode his bike to work. The others no better.

Walgreens did not have the products I was looking for. They suggested I try CVS.
