I had a great experience. I worked with Logan and he was super helpful and to the point. He didn’t try to sell me on more products or get me to spend more money. He was just real and honest and I appreciated that a lot. I’m definitely happy with how the process of buying a mattress went.

Damian our sales representative was such a genuine person. He was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I would totally have him assist new customers in finding theirperfect mattress for their home. He also gave us a discount for being a returning customer. I give them a thumbs up all the way.

I've never bought a mattress that wasn't online. I envisioned a high pressure sales environment and pushy service. My wife, son and I stopped in to try some mattresses out. We met Tyler he was super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and really made us feel comfortable.

We ended up picking out a mattress, 3 pillows, a mattress protector and a set of sheets. Tyler did not try to pressure us into anything which made me more apt to ask questions about different things like the pillows, etc.

Overall, had we not gotten Tyler or someone like him I can't say I would've spent several thousand dollars there.

Wonderful showroom which had two of the gorgeous Chattam and Wells beds on display for me to try. Sam was super helpful and John as well. I didn’t have to wait for service and I was in and out in :30mins. Excited to get my new plush high quality bed for my new house!

Working with Joel at the Mattress Firm store in St. Augustine was a wonderful experience. I had spoken with him on the previous day so he was aware of my interest in a Sealy, Black, BeautyRest, pillow-top mattress.
I spent about two hours in the store and was never rushed or pressured. Joel not only showed me the Black BeautyRest but several other named brands. As I tested each mattress, Joel told me the similarities and differences between them. He explained their make up and the different body support areas. I purchased my mattress and look forward to sleeping on it.

Beth was very friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. Even after I got home and realized that I needed to make a change to my order, she accommodated me over the phone with no need for me to return to the store. I would highly recommend her.

Beth was knowledgeable and able to provide multiple options. She was able to answer all my questions but did not overwhelm. She gave me a great break down of the specific facts so I could be confident in my choice. She provided all the information in written form which helped me evaluate the and do cost comparisons on my own time. She even presented facts that I would not have originally considered, and ultimately allowed us to make a choice that would best fit our personal needs. No up sale and no pressure. We can not wait for our new bed and base to arrive. Good night sleep, here we come!

I got exceptional help choosing the perfect mattress. It was delivered for free the next day which was great. The delivery person Roberto delivered it in a courteous, pleasant manner. We walked in, got greeted immediately and told salesman what we needed. He took us to the value section of the store, gave us some good info, helped us make a decision staying within our budget. He was friendly and not pushy. In and out in about 30 mins. Free delivery within 2 days. Can't beat it!

Samantha and Beth were running the store when we arrived looking for a replacement bed for our teenage daughter. They were both super friendly and generous with their time and attention to our needs. We appreciate the fast work and assistance we received today. Samantha went out of her way to help explain the types of beds and work the best deal she could on a really comfortable bed! We will definitely recommend and be returning for future needs.

The salesman was friendly and very helpful in assisting us with our purchase. He answered all of questions and addressed our concerns about set up and delivery of our mattress and adjustable base board. Delivery was offered the next day.

The salesman gave options as well as pros & cons, such as, "some like" this feature or that feature. Very helpful. Also, he did not Hoover over me but made himself visible so I could ask a question. Nice experience.

Yesterday I was determined to try out mattresses for master and guest rooms, knowing what my preferences were for brand and support. What I didn’t know, my salesman happily and intelligently responded to my questions without hesitation. I spent an hour testing the merchandise before I made final
