Love this bike shop!! I was struggling with how to load my bike on a new Thule bike rack that I have on my RV. I stopped by here and Jacob and Rick were so helpful in getting my bike loaded safely and securely! Annette also made awesome suggestions! I could not be more satisfied with their service and friendliness!! Please stop by here for all your biking/accessory needs when in the Saint Augustine area.

We have been coming to this shop for years. We are older citizens, and they have always taken very good care of us. I highly recommend as they are honest, professional, and friendly. And always kept our bikes in good shape without gouging us at the expense side. Highly recommend. Good People!

I was looking for a bike with specific requirements and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and personable. They showed me different options and helped me get the bike equipped and set up. They were very thorough, but did not do high-pressure sales which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend.

Outstanding service and quality work. Brought in a beat up mango with years of abuse from surf fishing. The improvements, quick turn around, and reasonable pricing were 10/10 in my opinion. Especially in comparison to some of the other bike shops. Thank you Annette, Jacob and the island life team!

The most friendly, best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. These guys are fantastic. Quality products, knowledgeable and super pleasant/helpful. Fixed me up witness a few accessories for my bike. Installed them and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before leaving. Do business here - you will not regret it!

The sales staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Installed the couple of accessories that I purchased with the bike and had suggestions of other items I might be interested in purchasing in future. The checked the entire bike to make sure everything was properly put together and loaded it in my car. Could not have asked for a better buying experience. Highly recommended.

Really cool store with excellent customer service! Happened to walk-in as they were moving from one bike brand to another and had crazy good close-out deals on things like helmets and bike gloves. Wife and I are stocked up for a minute now. Picked up a nice hoodie for my Dad's birthday too. He loves it. Big thanks to the awesome staff! Check em out :))

Best bike shop in the area! Super great customer service and everyone was very knowledgeable about our bikes. My wife and I came in looking to get our bikes fixed up after not using them for a year and we wanted help buying and installing a child’s bike seat. We ended up buying a child’s bike seat online and they installed it right away. I highly recommend this shop if you need repairs, rentals, accessories, or want to buy a new bike! We will definitely be coming back again!

Great service! Made an appointment for two new tires and service tuneup. Did a very nice job on the bicycle. Texted to give me the cost and suggested a new chain as well. Completed the work the same day at a reasonable price. Very customer friendly folks 👍🏻👍🏻❗

Not gonna lie, I wasn’t looking forward to trying out this store because, let’s be honest - a lot of bike shops have people working that aren’t very customer friendly & odd personalities. At least in my experience. Anyway - I needed to get some accessories for an e-bike I recently purchased. Did some reviews of the shops in my new area (recent move) & decided to check out Island Life based on reviews, especially since they were well stocked, per the reviews. Met Jacob who quickly dropped what he was doing (didn’t expect that) to assist me. He was pleasant, answered all my questions, and was able to quickly help me purchase everything I was looking for. Prices were reasonable too for a brick & mortar store.
As an individual who’s not immersed in the cycling/biking scene, I may not bring a ton of business on my own, but I do plan on being a customer of theirs as long as they continue to operate the same way & I’ll be sure to recommend to my family and friends too.

Friendly, helpful, and comfortable environment. I needed a tire repair, and they were very polite and welcoming. Annette explained everything, and they performed the repair quickly. I'm very satisfied and will definitely be back.

Went to Island Life bikes to replace my Townie which I lost on the road. I spoke with Colin and Brandon. Both just the nicest! Today Brandon helped me with my selection of a new bike. He was so helpful, patient and kind. I ended up ordering an arctic blue Townie and I cannot wait for it to get here. If you are looking for a bicycle, I 100% recommend Island Life Bikes!

Best Bike Repair shop in Town!! Sudden tire flat and handlebars were too low. My freedom bike helps me ride 20 to 32 miles a day for work. So thankful to have it done fast by Rick so I can get home. 🥹🙏🏽

Island Life is great. We’ve bought many bikes from them. And I always break mine riding on trails I shouldn’t be on. But no worries with Island Life. They have the best bike mechanics around. Always get me back up and riding in no time. Check them out.
