Absolutely love shopping at this thrift store! They are priced great and incredibly clean and organized. There is a lady Carrie that always helps us and is an amazing cashier/employee!! Keep it up and I will continue to shop here.

I just did a drop-off this time. No shopping. But it was as good as it always is!

I’ve always had great experiences at this store, but today the service was the best ever! My mother in law was dropping off some donations in the back, and lost her truck keys at some point in the process. The workers were incredibly kind and helped us look for the keys, one of the guys even jumped into the dumpster to help us look. (The keys were found with the clothes!) I would highly recommend this place, not just for the cool finds but also because of the wonderful people who work there!

Carrie was a great help! I love the experience and items every time I'm there.

I am well pleased to say for my first time visiting this story, everyone was nice and pleasant & very helpful. The pricing at this location is amazing. The store was very clean and well organized The wait on line was less than 10 minutes. I’m wet the manager as I was leaving the store and he was very helpful, welcoming me with a warm pleasant smile and Professionalism.
I will visit the this store again and will be bringing friends and family along with me.

Started shopping here again since I heard they got a new manager, and I see a big improvement - he is doing a great job. I have been a customer here off and on for many years and I would say he is doing better than any of the past managers. The store is much more organized with a great selection, and the prices are quite reasonable. I noticed there are a few new cashiers too, who are super friendly! They play nice music and the atmosphere makes for a great shopping experience. Keep up the good work!

We were staying at the Koa near by and decide to check it out. So glad we did. They have the best prices, way better than Goodwill. The ladies working were nice. Plus, Tuesday discount for seniors 👍 The only bad thing is no dressing room to try on the clothes.

When I say this is one of my favorite stores I am not joking. I have gotten some of the best deals that I’ve ever gotten in my life. Just so many things and such AMAZING deals. I’ve gotten TVs couches washer and dryer‘s bed sets whole fishtanks!!! Prices that you will not find anywhere. I come in to buy one thing leave with like 10 things. I definitely recommend to stop by and look around!!!!! Everyone here is super sweet and the workers in the back are amazing. I got the couch in the picture for $60 and the fish tank in the back for 40$!!!!! The Fish tank came with a dresser to put it on all of the equipment for a fish tank! It’s just insane prices.

Owner was willing to give me a discount on a couch and deliver it down the street for me no charge! This was very nice of him and this place is awesome in general. Great deals

Betty Griffin Thrift Store is the BEST in St. Augustine! The store is organized and clean. On a daily basis they are putting out new inventory (I have went a few days in a row and have been very impressed!) The checkout line is fast and the staff is friendly and thoughtful of wrapping any breakables. A great place to stop if a local or just visiting!

My favorite thrift store in St. Augustine..... and we have some good ones to compete with here! The nicest lady checked us out. Pleasant customer service is the best service a business can provide. The selection of stuff is great and it is very organized. Lots of variety and the prices are what you expect (or better 😉) for thrift stores.

Super sweet clothing assortment. Wide assortment of classical CDs with some pop. And if Charlotte Church is your jam get there now as there are a lot of her CDs…

I love this store! Today was my first visit & I’ll be coming back soon, even though I live an hour away. The staff went above and beyond for me and helped load a very heavy piece of furniture with me! Highly recommend! Take your donations here and shop here for the worthy cause!
