Today August 30, I was in checkout and overheard a customers and transaction. He bought the yellow Club Cadet mower (pictured)and he asked if he can leave it till morning, he will get a friend to come pick it up, cashier then said, no worries we can loan you a trailer to get it home then you can return it tomorrow. Now thats customer service at its best.👍

Love this store, great for pet supplies and dog food, cool farm house decor and great for clothing and boots. Nice country furniture for your front porch. Baby chicks are coming soon and they have great coops for sale. Update: member of staff actually checked me out without even acknowledging me or looking in my direction, she carried on her conversation with her fellow member of staff throughout the whole transaction. Just plain rude. The staff here need a lesson on customer service. It’s gone downhill past couple of months. I won’t be back to this location.

I often go to pick-up up dog food but, today I was so blessed with the pleasure of being checked out by Sean, not only did he provide great customer service (a true dying art) he also provided a delightful conversation. Thank you Sean for being a star employee even though no one was watching. I would say he is an example of, if you are going to do it, do it with pride!

Great staff. If your in the area near Walmart or Pilot, stop there and fill your RV with propane. They also fill the small tanks as well. I like this place because they have a special adapter for my propane, that Pilot does not have, since someone lost it 2 years ago. They never reordered a replacement. Good prices on pet food and unique snacks. I love the locally made soda and have tried every flavor. Tons of farm house decor, cowboy boots and Hunter brand boots, that were heavy duty. They have live little baby chicks for sale inside, but they are a seasonal item and please don't buy them for Easter and then the kids will get bored with them. Kinda like getting a puppy for Christmas and then there is no interest once the puppy gets older. Wish I could buy them all and get them out of the small glass enclosure. I keep checking chicken coops, so lets see, you never know. Stranger things have happened. Anyway, ill post more pics that are on my computer and some videos. The store all up and down the coast have a large sign outside stating, "The Chicks Are Here". Also, there is usually a person with a mobile roasted peanuts business that camps out for a few hours. I never purchased anything from them. I am from the Boston area. I tried the roasted peanuts a few times, they are interesting but...I probably will not have them again. OK, good luck.

I don’t know how to express my appreciation for the customer service we received. We are senior citizens and just wanted to order some fencing supplies online for delivery. While the website is hard to navigate and changed options for stores in this area after I selected the store I wanted the manager and mostly the assistant manager walked me through the process. I give big thanks to the people that helped. I needed help and they were fantastic. Thank you Tammy and Kevin so much.

Prices are always good, shelves are always stocked with just about anything for your house including pet supply. A friend taught me to use the horse stall pellets as cat litter so inexpensive! They have live chicks, farm supplies and customer services reps are helpful and informative. They have been more helpful then Agra Supply in some areas.

I love tractor supply because I can bring my elderly dad and his walker and stroll around without getting run over by tons of shoppers. They do have the best birdseed and bird feeders too!

Love our St. Augustine store! Been in quite a few around the country but love ours the best. Always friendly and helpful staff and rarely out of stock on stuff we buy there.

One of my favorite stores. The customer service is always top notch here. They are always friendly and very helpful with any questions. When it comes to lifting the heavy items, they quickly jump in to help. Thank you tractor supply St. Augustine for being amazing.

The best in customer service. Your greeted on the way in. Store is near and organized and the best place to get your livestock feed at reasonable prices. Jim. is the manager and you'll often find him working right along with his staff. He's never hiding in the office!

Tractor Supply is one of only a few places I purchase items at on a regular basis that I am unable to find anywhere else. Their prices are usually lower by at least a dollar than others on things like bird seed (I buy two different types I cannot find elsewhere) and high quality cat food like blue wilderness. Even Walmarts prices are slightly higher. The service is excellent and all employees are friendly and helpful. I love this store and always look forward to going here.

Excellent service! The employees help with any questions you have. All the employees do help. Even people coming in the store on there day off of work they help people with any needs or questions they are asked. You feel very special that way. So if anybody complains it's not the employees fault it's the customer's fault. Even kids love that store.

Steve at the new east Jacksonville location was very helpful and took the time to locate an out of stock item down at the south St Aug location where Larry was very helpful loading our item on to our truck with a fork lift. Always a treat shopping at Tractor Supply.

My husband was in a pinch and needed a trailer quickly and Larry, the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Awesome guy! Great experience.

I came here with my dad to look for a part and a gentleman by the name of Wyatt Ames assisted us. Wyatt is by far the most helpful customer service representative I've ever worked with and that's coming from someone who works in customer service. He was extremely patient, more so than anybody in his position should have been and helped us find the closest approximation of what we needed to the best of his ability. To top it off, a different person by the name of Jacqueline checked us out and was also extremely courteous and helpful, despite checking us out around closing time. These two deserve all the recognition I can give them and I hope their managers feel the same way. If every Tractor Supply has employees of this caliber, then I'd recommend every single store they have.

Fast, friendly and perhaps most importantly knowledgeable. Went to the other Big Box store for a stripped nut and had to make a special trip back from Elkton because it wasn't sized properly. I was impressed with their knowledge.
