Dave and Savannah are magnificent!! Went in simply to transfer old phone to new phone, Dave did a quick assessment of my account (business account) and within 30 minutes saved my company $600 per month! PER MONTH!
And the new phones were up and running seamlessly.

Jeremy did a fantastic job working with my husband and myself when buying new phones. He was professional and knowledgeable on the devices, plans and accessories. He was also very patient and diligent in solving a technical issue that arose. Highly recommend this store for service.

Savannah is such a kind and patience person. She helped me with data transfer on my new iPhone 15. She also managed to lower my bill by $10. Very grateful that she’s here and took time and great detail to help me.

Wonderful Customer Service! I just got incredibly good help from David. He was able to explain to me why I couldn’t synch my Apple Watch with my new iPhone and advised me on a new watch to replace my old, outdated watch. He set up the new watch and gave me lots of great advice about the watch and about my iPhone battery and how to preserve its life. He’s great!!

My mother is 95 years old. She needed a new cellphone to replace her not functioning cell. We took her to AT&T next to St Augustine Beach to pick out a phone. Danielle, the store Manager greeted us and showed us the best options for Mom. I think most can appreciate the frustrations around getting a new phone, however at 95 the challenge is unimaginable. I have never received the kind of care and service anywhere from anyone like we experienced with Danielle. She was patient with mom, explained everything, and setup her phone with simplicity for a 95 year old. Danielle made sure we had the most economical plan for her and manually put all of my mothers contacts from her old Jitterbug phone to her new IPhone. My mother can now FaceTime and see her 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren something she couldn’t do before.
Danielle is a true servant leader, cares about her customers, has the patience of a saint and understands how to work with us chronologically gifted folks. I highly recommend Danielle if you need a cell phone. She is beyond amazing.

We just upgraded our iPad with Don. He did an outstanding job getting us up and running with our new iPad. He was extremely professional and patient and saved us money by letting us know we qualified for a discount we were not aware of. Bottom line, Don was awesome. We recommend this AT&T location highly.

This store is a very valuable asset to our community. They are very helpful, and always offer solutions. I have visited and done business with many AT&T stores over the past few years, and have always received excellent service, but these guys are the best, hands down. Their staff is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and well versed in their trade. Their store is very well organized, clean, and easy to navigate. I've never had to wait in a long line for service, and am always made to feel like I am a priority, whether there's five people ahead of me, or five hundred. I happily recommend this store to everyone I know!

Jayson did a great job helping me purchase my new iPhone 12. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I was so impressed with his customer service I told a friend of mine about him and she went right up to the store the same day and purchased an iPhone 12 also.

Brittany and Vince were very friendly and helpful. Brittany took care of my phone needs, working with my phones and the company's website and online people until all my issues were taken care of. She wss very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She was a joy to work with. I will return to this store if I have further needs.

Wait times are very short. This is why I continue to buy my phones in person and go to the franchise smaller stores and give them by business rather than the corporate stores that are in a rush, try to sell you extra stuff you don't need, etc.

My phone was old and dying, it was shutting down intermittently and since it’s an IPhone 5 it was time to replace it. Miranda helped me find what I needed and then took care of setting up the new phone and answered all my questions. It is so refreshing to find someone who knows how to provide quality customer service with a smile and genuinely cares about her customers, you can tell she loves her job!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone needing anything AT&T!!!

I went to this AT&T store as it is by far the best in St Augustine. Alexandrea Washington was
very professional. She herd my issue and solved my problem fast. I was going to leave AT&T after 40 years. She called AT&T and got my issues resolved fast. I will always go to this location to buy phones and get fast action. Thank you... It is great to have people really care about the customer. It is very appropriated.

I would recommend Jayson if anybody needs help with their phone or looking to upgrade. He was the best! Showed me all my options. Upgraded me to a new phone. Very Happy. Was ready to ditch AT&T.
