Alexis was excellent today. She made things easy and was very helpful with my Mother-In-Law who is 80. I really appreciate her. Great Customer Service.

I brought 3 huge bags of wrapped Christmas gifts to the PF UPS and Chuck did the most amazing job finding the right sized box and fitting everthing into 3 shipments going to 3 states. I love UPS and am grateful to Chuck and all the UPS folks and drivers for always taking care of my holiday gifts. Thankyou.

As a first time grandmother I wanted to make my son and his wife a banner for their new baby upon their arrival home. Needless to say I ran out of time, called the Prince Frederick UPS and Alexis in no time made this beautiful banner for them. Great service from Ryan at the UPS in Prince Frederick, MD. Over the course of two months I have shipped more than ten boxes on eight separate occasions. Ryan is quick and provides great customer service!

Outstanding service!!! When I walked in the line was long but the team got everyone in and out with a smile and with the utmost professionalism! The clerk that took care of my shipping was Ryan. My experience was quick, efficient and also pleasant. Even with the long lines, I was not rushed or hurried, although he was working diligently to get the line moving, Ryan made me feel like I was the only customer in the store.

I was there to get My dad's obituary faxed to the funeral home. Chris was very helpful very professional, there was a problem on the other side and the fax kept pausing but Chris kept me informed until it was finally confirmed. I definitely recommend the UPS store for any of your need

I was greeted as I entered the store, which is always nice to hear. I received excellent help from Hunter as well as Cody. They took the task of a return that I was dreading. I just knew that something was going to go wrong. They made it so easy. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They are real professionals. I would recommend this store and those guys!

I came into this ups store with an outrageous task. To give me a quote to box up and ship a very large collection of longaberger baskets. Such a large collection, it would require 5 large boxes. Annalisa was so positive and helpful, even though I felt like this request of mine, was just too much; I felt guilty about the level of effort this request would take, in a typically very busy store. Annalisa worked quickly and efficiently to give me the quote I needed. She was terrific! 5 stars for excellent customer service from Annalisa!

I use UPS both in Dunkirk and Prince Frederick quite frequently. Always a positive experience and the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I had to use this UPS store today to Return a package and was greeted by Alexis who was so professional, very friendly and went out of her way to make this process of getting a package back to the sender with ease!

As a working artist I rely on this business to print images and their quality and turnaround are terrific. Alexis is my go-to for most things and she is a wonderful professional!

The staff is friendly and efficient. The store is very clean. They also open half an hour earlier than the other local UPS stores.

I am there all the time. There are two young men that always help me and are always so pleasant and helpful! Sometimes I feel bad because I have so many returns, but they just smile and joke with me! I wish I had the two young mens names, I will find out and update this review, they deserve recognition. They are amazing!

I needed to return some items ordered from Amazon. I had never returned any Amazon items, so I was not sure what to expect.... I went into this store this morning.....and the young lady with the cute pony-tail couldn't have been any sweeter! She was so personable and friendly, and she made this return process even easier than I thought it would be!! Thumbs-up for the customer service here!! :D
