My husband is super picky when shopping and we were able to find him two pairs of work shoes with ease. Will definitely be back. Staff was friendly and store was clean and organized.

This store has come a very long way! They have a great group of people working with great customer service as well as huge selection of shoes! If they don’t have it in stock they will try to order it!! Keep up the great work!!

Okay with the shoes price is a little high

We shop here for my wife's shoes. They are a little pricey here, but we can usually catch a sale.

The big sign on the front door says,' BUY one PAIR get 50% of second pair. This sign is misleading. Most shoes don't qualify for the offer. There are no signs or indications inside the store to indicate otherwise.
More likely, a person will be charged full price.

I understand not having the original receipt of purchase would mean you can’t get a cash refund. Totally get that. But to have a policy where you can’t return them for store credit OR exchange for a different pair of shoes is crazy!!! I was told I could only exchange the shoes for the same pair, just a different size... I was returning because my husband didn’t like either pair. I think you need to update your refund policy. Other stores are able to use phone numbers, email addresses, or even the card used. This is insane. I would have been fine with store credit so we could chose something different. So now I’m out $140..... It’s just the principle.

Not so great Customer service at this location. I spend 15 minutes in the store walking around and tried on a few items. I was never approached or greeted. There where 3 young ladies working, 1 behind the counter and 2 sitting on the floor organizing something i guess. On my way out they where discussing food and what they where gonna eat. First and only time i will go to this location.

I just tried to run into the store 10 minutes before closing to grab a specific pair of shoes and the workers had the door locked 10 minutes early!!! Not great customer service!!!

I have been here three times and not once has a employee greeted me. Everything is listed as BOGO but when paying you are told it’s not. Seems like false advertising to me. You are better off not going here.
