I needed windshield wipers for my truck. The guy in there looked up the year, make, and model, of my truck, and told me the size wipers I needed. He then took me over to where the wipers were and explained the differences between them. Once I picked the ones I wanted, he signed me up for the reward program, gave me a free bottle of windshield washer fluid and then went out and changed my wipers for me (I just had surgery so I couldn't do it). The customer service in there was outstanding.

They saved me 80 bucks by helping me with my key fob. These guys rock

Everytime I have had to make a trip to this store they have always been fast, efficient, and extremely helpful with directing me in the right direction, AutoZone is my parts store of choice, living roughly a mile from one was already a blessing, but having the staff be as great as they are at this store is really just the cherry on top. 10/10 would recommend stopping in for what you need.

Just got helped by chase who went above and beyond to find the parts that I needed. Even called the local stores to where I lived to get them to order for me. Unfortunately store 1246 in my hometown would not order for me unless I paid for it. But I appreciate the courtesy and assistance. Clean and inviting store. I will return.

Very pleased with the selection of batteries & the customer service from Matt!! Very polite & knowledgeable gentleman. Quick service...I was in & out in little time. I highly recommend this location (Acadia, NC)! Thank you again Matt. Also they price match against other companies, so if you need a part/battery urgently ask about their "price match" option.

Most are employed just to get a paycheck. Customer service sucks. Employees have bad attitudes and keep complaining about having to be at work. Several younger adults saying they will be getting off work within the hour and refusing to help customers. Older workers not familiar with the store. This was my 1st and my last visit to this store. They were rude and unattended. They were only there for a free paycheck. Poor management decisions to employ such people.

This store is clean and very well lit. There are a broad variety of parts. Certain items can be considered a little pricey sometimes by a good amount of people. I don't come here often but I've never had any problems at this store, I'm sure it can be convenient to many people.

Very helpful staff! We’re out of town visiting family and our battery died and the young man (Noah) was very helpful and very respectful. I would definitely stop here again if needed.

On the evening of March 16, I went into the Hickory Tree Crossing store needing a battery cable end terminal. Matt and Ryan showed me to the wall of terminals, and helped me find the replacement. They also pointed out the weakness in this type of fitting, and pointed out a "Plan B" type and how to use it. I purchased one of each. At home in the light rain that started falling, the attaching bolt for "Plan A" was one diameter up from the original. "Plan B" worked beautifully. I'm very thankful to these experienced, intelligent mechanics who saved me much grief.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I needed and helped me pick out tge right one.
