Michael was extremely professional and charming. Fantastic service experience with great drink recommendations. I was not expecting this level of service from going through the drive thru and was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

This location is the best! My friend and I go here once a week and the people that work here are so awesome! We tried other Starbucks locations and the people just weren't as friendly and accommodating as the people at this location.
All of you guys here are THE BEST! Keep it up!

Walked in this morning. ALL the employees were friendly and happy. Such a nice environment. My drink was ready quickly and perfect.

The absolute best Starbucks out of Greensboro and Winston. I drive from Greensboro and stop at this one specifically on the way to work because they are so great. Always kind, they remember me and drive through is quick!!

I’ve had wonderful experiences at this Starbucks! The drinks are always delicious. The employees are always wonderfully kind and friendly. Service is quick!

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a while! The drive thru had a long line just like most locations but it was very fast and efficient. The girl taking orders and working the window (I think her name tag might’ve said Jo but I can’t be certain) was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful. My coffee also came out perfectly.

This Starbucks is small but the staff is extremely friendly and they were highly accommodating and respectful of my mobility service dog.

The young man working the window was awesome. My son asked him why he was so happy. Cashier responded that he was blessed to be living and working and that he wanted to share positivity in this world. My son learned a lot from this one experience at Starbucks 💗💗💗

Great staff! Excellent drinks! And something for those of us who need gluten-free yummy things for breakfast! I LOVE that they take cross-contamination into consideration by packaging the sandwich and heating it that way!

I always go through the drive thru. The staff are very friendly!

Very friendly staff. Relaxing environment (where I am currently studying).
Only drawback: the drive thru customers seem to take precedence over the ones who bother to walk in, and can slow down your drink order. I miss the good ol' days, when Starbucks wasn't the coffee equivalent to McDonald's 😔
But, not the staff's fault. They do an excellent job.

Small, whip cups and fast service! Since there is no drive-through at this location, service is very quick!

They had white mocha so I tried a new drink from Pinterest n they made it just like the picture n i loved it.
They did make a mistake the first time but we're super nice about it and let me keep both, the second is a different day

I had a grande Pikes Place Roast w/steamed Half & Half, Sugar in the Raw and a slice of Pumpkin Loaf, so yummy!
Can't forget my dog she had her usual pup cup!

So far this location has been great, quick service, accurate on orders, and the staff has been friendly. Easy almost hidden secret location of a Starbucks which is what makes them great to go to when it's busy times of the day.
