AT&T Store

Great location they help me with everything I needed from start to finish transferred all my stuff from my old phone to my new phone. I could not have been happier. My only complaint was how long the phones took to transfer information but that’s not on AT&T didn’t try to upsell me on anything crazy they were just nice and helpful, if I needed any extra products when I said they didn’t push same thing with warrantees and all kinds of other stuff they offered for weren’t overly pushy. I definitely will go here for any service or help that I need.

ask for Stephanie! she is amazing! she spent quite a bit time with my wife and I helping me discuss the pixel 8 pro vs the Samgung phone and then when a decision was decided for the pixel 8 pro due to the trade in promo they had going on we weren't able to get the 256 GB since they didn't have in stock and she wasn't able order to ship to her store online (they are 3rd party retail location) instead of pushing me to get the sale with her for another phone she said get the phone you want not the phone that the one that only available. I appreciated she wasn't like some salesman out there and she even told me to try out the Rockwall location (since my wife lives there and I am there on weekends) due to they are corporate and may have more options and if they didn't have it / was able to order it then I can return to her this coming week. I went to the Rockwall location yesterday and although they didn't have that one in store with 256GB they were able order to ship directly to me and all I had to pay was sales tax since was even trade in with the promo. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and grateful for what Stephanie did for me. I recommend to go to her if visiting this store!

I love the manager Radhika , she set me up with a perfect plan and assisted me with all my questions. She is patient and spends time with her customers to know the needs and makes sure they go out happy.

This gentleman named Kaleb W at this location is the most helpful most professional salesman and is very personable. I recommend everyone to ask for him if they want a great professional experience.

At the last minute, end of day my mom went into the store with about 20 minutes to spare before closing. Alex went above and beyond as if she walked in midday. He assisted her with patience, kindness and professionalism considering by the time the purchase was completed it was well over an hour after closing.

Alex is definitely a great asset to the AT&T corporation! His customer service is exceptional! He deserves recognition and praise for a job well done!

Radhika, the manager has been the most fabulous person I have dealt with anyone from AT&T since the 80s. She resolved all the problems that I had, which were a major stress in my life. With a smile on her face, her compassionate nature and charming personality, she helped me immensely and relived a great deal of stress and tension in my life after an extremely stressful time in my life. She’s just awesome!

The manager, Radhika at the store was very helpful to me. As a non technical person I had a lot of problems but she really helped me with

Amber did a great job helping me get my issue resolved and was very pleasant to work with.

My experience at this AT&T Store took customer service above and beyond. I rushed into the store as I had accidentally put my phone in "Accessibility mode" while connecting it to the car navigation system. Somehow this meant the screen went dark and the phone was unresponsive to any command. I had an almost "life or death" appointment that I couldn't miss and I had trusted my phone for navigation.. anyways, with my phone in a useless state I remembered this AT&T location and I rushed into it needing help. Brian was the nicest person, when we couldn't fix my phone easily he kindly agreed to call me an Uber from his phone so I didn't miss my appointment. After my appointment I came back to the store (via another Uber that Brian called for me) and he had fix my phone. I am sure this will remain one of the top Customer Service experiences in my life. Thanks to Brian's help I am now a US citizen as I didn't miss my interview appointment :) !!! THANK YOU.

Chris G helped me yesterday get on a new phone plan since my ex has been very difficult with me to switch over my number and Chris G really did go out of his way to help me get my new line at an exceptional price and I even left with a brand new phone with just paying taxes to get out the door. I now have a fresh start without all the extra drama involved so Chris G is the one you want to go to he will make sure you leave happy!
