Best place to go for specialty gifts and mahogany cards. This year I found a good selection of boxed cards for the holidays

Unfortunately, there just aren't many Hallmark shops around, but this one has the friendliest staff around and lots of cute gift possibilities.

12-13-23 went holiday card shopping. Left with 2 brand new animated plush toys (Penguin and Peekaboo Santa). Lots of great cards, ornaments, gift bags, wrapping paper, bows. Plus a great variety of unique gifts for any occasion.

Came in on a dreary Sunday afternoon, when I needed a little cheer up. This was the most delightful experience and cured my blues!
The people working that day were very friendly, and we struck up a fun conversation. They have some really sweet things, and I wish we had more Hallmark stores around us!! I have missed them! I will def come back many times now that I enjoyed such a delightful visit!! KEEP doing what you're doing! It's GREAT!

The woman that was working in there on Sunday afternoon was particularly warm and kind. She acknowledged and greeted me when I walked in, which is kinda rare nowadays. They had a nice collection of cards, gifts, decorations, and candies.

Lady at the register was very nice and friendly. I found what I was looking for.

Such a pleasant experience today and I've noticed that one of your customer service representatives is ALWAYS kind, friendly, helpful and professional. I was looking for a very unique kind of card when she welcomed me as usual and asked me if she could assist. I mentioned what I was looking for - really not expecting to find this celebration card with a particular picture - but she thought, then went right to an obscure location in the store and pulled out the exact kind of card that I wanted. Wow, Anne (I believe that is her name) consistently impresses me!

No matter what time of year it is, there is something about being here that makes me feel good. The people are friendly and kind to me, and there is nothing like giving a Hallmark card! My last visit I needed special help and two ladies came to my aid and helped me shop. They were both so kind! I always enjoy my shopping trips here!!!

This is the best Hallmark Store I have been in. The manager, Ann, goes out of her way to help you. I waited to long to purchase a Hallmark ornament that I have been collecting for over 20 years. Her store had it, but not the original box. I was fine with that and went and purchased it from her. She called two weeks later and said she found the box and is shipping it out to me. Who does that anymore???? Thank you Ann for a wonderful surprise and a great experience.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. We visited for a small item and left with a bag full of goodies. The Keepsake ornaments are neat items to reuse every year. Large selection of items to choose from. Be sure to ask for Kimberly to get the best service as she was excellent in helping us out with our shopping experience.

Staff at Amy's in Concord could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The staff is knowledgable of all items in the store and what is out this season- ornaments, itty bittys, and all things Hallmark and in their shop. It was wonderful to have the staff actually be able to talk about their inventory. I will admit, I spent more because of the staff than I might have otherwise because it was such an enjoyable experience.

I visit Amy's Hallmark at least once a week & it's usually a great experience but last Friday when I was there I had the best customer service experience I've had since my 1st visit at this location. I was on my way out of town and didn't have time to complete a review and unfortunately I can't remember her name but I'm going back and hoping she'll be there. Anyway, you can't go wrong in Hallmark, there's something for every single person that you want to acknowledge. It's one of my favorite places!

I went online and picked out the cards I wanted. Then, I called Amy's Hallmark and spoke with Ann. Ann pulled the cards for me and also called me when she could not find two of the cards. The next day I went to the store and Ann had my order ready. Thank you, Ann & Amy's Hallmark store.

This place has the MOST MARVELOUS ATMOSPHERE!!! It makes me happy just soaking up the vibe in there!!! The sales people are so friendly and accommodating!!! It truly is my go-to place for special cards and gifts
