7-Eleven

Haven’t been to the store in multiple months due to it always being closed, never stocked, and it was always filthy. Went in the store this past week and wow what an amazing turn around and difference! When I pulled up I noticed how cleaner the parking lot was. The bathrooms were clean, the shelves were stocked, food was available and my favorite drink was actually stocked in the cooler. The employee had a great attitude and was told the store has been under new management the last couple of months. Will definitely be shopping back at this store!

On the 7th of February, around 11am I had pulled over to put gas in my car and was feeling dizzy. I walked inside to get some some soda and a salty snack. The Caucasian woman with blonde hair, came to my rescue when I asked her if I could sit and eat my snack first before I pumped my gas. She quickly pulled a chair up for me and let me sit. She checked on me, and shortly after, an African American man, possibly the manager came to check on me. I ended up going to the Emergency Room and they said I was having a panic attack, which I don't get. I just wanted to write and say THANK YOU to the staff who helped me and came to my rescue. I called the corporate office to tell them too. Thank you so much! God bless!!

This store is very nice. Well kept. However, today, I was at the counter paying for my order with the manager and talking to her. Thinking she was listening when she started talking to someone else. When I though she has stopped talking to them, it started to reiterate what I was saying and she continued to talk to whomever. I tapped on the plastic protection screen and she gave me an ugly look. I said to her I am standing here talking to you and you are ignoring me talking to someone else. She walked away from me and took another customer at another register and did not look back my way. I had to wait until another employee came over to pay for my order. Disappointed by her manner. Should I return there, I refuse to have her wait on me. It was uncalled for. I wanted to say something but I decided not to cause havoc, even though I felt slighted.

A little run down

Do NOT go to this gas station!!! The gas sign will say one price & the pump will ring up a different, higher price. That is gas fraud. It is a crime. When you complain to staff, they curse, yell at you, and refuse to do anything about it. You ask them to call the manager, they say no. The face tattooed staff are unpleased, unhelpful, unhinged, and rude. If I could give them less than one star, I would.
