Staff was helpful and nice. I bought an Apache waterproof hard case, there were multiple size and color options in stock at a good price. Good store for discount tools and such.

Associates are friendlier than in the past. Their Hercules branded products seem to be very good. I bought a 58 t 7.25 circular saw blade, and I was impressed with the results on my laminate countertop. Does a fine cut on 3/4 birch ply. I hope the durability is what I expect.

Harbor Freight Tools is a great place for weekend warriors like me to buy economical tools that I'll never truly wear out! The staff is VERY friendly and eager to help you find the best tools for the job! A GREAT PLACE FOR ALL TO BUY THEIR TOOLS, AMEN :)

Great place for solar lights. Got 12' solar rope lights for 9.99. I have bought them before and they still work after 7 years!!! Love ve this place for a quick, cheap tool.

So many tools, so little time. I had to wander purposefully for several minutes to find everything. I went for ONE thing.

This is a well stocked establishment. The staff always helpful. Travel 700 hundred miles to visit family and my highlights of the trip is always to shop here and fill up my truck with good deals to take home. ( Reason: they got it all).

The DeWalt wasn't cutting it for 26 holes in concrete floor for auto service lift. The new rotary hammer made short work of it. Very pleased. Bryan C. McColley

How can you not like harbor freight? They have everything you need at an incredible price. Perfect for any diy guy or someone trying to do things on a budget. I always love shopping here! Great customer service as well.

HF gets a bad rap for being cheap. Everything I've purchased has worked great. You just need to remember you're not buying the highest quality on the market. That doesn't mean it's bad.

Did just a walk thru for gun safes...and they had some...not quite what I'm looking for...

All the tools in the world...things I forgot existed...prices seem good but I've not bought recently so it's relative to what you're used too.

If you're just looking to get a cheap tool to help you on your first project or looking for something you're not spending an arm and a leg for just to beat up on this is the place to go. The warranty they offer is great. I love my Milwaukee and tool truck brands but for the price you cannot beat some of their stuff.

Needed some trailer hitch parts this time and they carried just the right stuff for the job. The prices are not bad and the quality is fair for the price. The weight rating on the parts are not as high as I would've liked, but it'll do the job.
I just hooked it up to my Jeep and pulled a sailboat out of the snow and ice to get some work done on the trailer wheels. I noticed no issues with anything, so I'm very pleased as usual with the Harbor Freight!

I think they need more workers because it's hard to find things sometimes in their store, which is not their fault. They don't choose the layout, the Corp does. But the staff are polite. If my item was out of stock on the shelf, they've always told when shipment was going to arrive.

Went to pick up hose. Wasn't disappointed, they had hose. Granted they were lazy hose, but they were hose.

I am one of "those" girls who know nothing about tools. The man who helped me was patient and offered suggestions that worked for my project. The cashier was friendly and efficient.
