Target

I am diabetic and vegan and it is not always easy to find all the groceries I need. I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of produce and the amount of choices Target offers for my needs. The pricing is comparable or cheaper. I have been doing all my grocery shopping at Target. Nice atmosphere, clean, staff is cheery and helpful. Keep it up Target!!

I’m pretty sure that this is the friendliest Target I’ve ever been to. Every single Target employee greeted us with a smile. Most also included a “hi,” or “can I help you?” The store was spacious, well laid out and well maintained.

We went on a Saturday morning and the store was immaculate. Everything was clean and organized. The make up selection was good and organized. The store was easy to navigate and the check out was quick. Overall one of the better Targets I have been to.

The Mall hosts the Target store. It does have its own entrance though near the main mall entrance. Anyway ...

I go in there, get what I want now that it's like a grocery store within the mall, and all sorts of other things all in one place. Pretty nice. Never had any problems with Target. In and out I go. Not a place that I always go to or a Go-To place, but if I am around and want something I don't have a problem going here. Never had any issues with staff or finding anything. Kept clean and so on.

Great selection and prices. Excellent store brand products. Easy return process.

I was not a big Target shopper but went because of a great teacher discount. I have been several times since. Each time the staff went above and beyond to answer questions and they all seemed to be happy to be working there. When I had to return something the money was promptly put in my bank account.

Clean store with quality products and returns are the easiest. Outstanding kitchenware, and home products, with well maintained personal items. The Target Staff here in Traverse City is always helpful.

So easy to use, was fast and I had my item and was on my way. Yay, I did not have to wait in the long lines inside. I drove up and waited a minute to get my item. So easy.

Walked in, grabbed exactly what I needed & hit the checkout in less than 3 mins. Quickest Target trip EVER- it almost felt wrong- lol. I’d literally LIVE in Target if I could! Cashier was super sweet, friendly & genuine.

This was a nice Target we had no issues here.

I had to run into Target today to buy a couple of things today. When I was checking out in the self-checkout I had trouble with the app. The employee in the self checkout was amazing! He was so friendly and he clearly explained the steps to figure out my issue with the app. It was a really positive experience!

It's been great for me MOST of the time. But yesterday was not a day I wanted to repeat. One of the cashier's was yelling loudly at a customer.. and it upset me.. why didn't the cashier just walk away and find someone else to help customer. She was an older lady. And I have had some rude moments before w this cashier, I did not appreciate it myself. I know she has worked there a long time . I just avoid her. Angry mgmt needed.

There’s not a SINGLE time that I’ve visited the store and encountered anyone that wasn’t smiling and extremely helpful and gracious. Compared to other large retailers, that’s exceptional! More than that I’m often approached or engaged by staff that ensure I’m finding what I’m looking for. As part of my job I’m in stores ALL DAY for days on end! I NEVER encounter anything less than AMAZING staff at the Target in Traverse City! Even if a staff member is engaged in something and don’t have the time themselves, they’re ALWAYS helpful in finding another staff member to help me out! Kudos to this store!

I love Target! Soo many great options and the prices are competitive.

Management has done a really nice job with the staff. I’ve noticed a big difference in the last 6 months with the associates being more engaging and really kind. Every staff member seems to look me in the eye, greet me, and ask me if I need help finding what I’m looking for. The cashiers are very nice and welcoming. I continue to do most of my shopping at Target due to the great selection and customer service.

Target curbside pickup is the benchmark by which all others should be measured. It’s so seamless!

Traverse City Target has exceptional service, and excellent products.
I don’t always agree with their stance on social issues; but recently they’ve been silent (that I’m aware).
TC Target is a fun place to shop!
