I walked in knowing NOTHING about computers. They gave me an amazing employee to answer all my questions and show me all the options for what i needed. He saved me about a hundred bucks. I got a desktop a cool curved gaming monitor noise cancelling headphones and a mouse pad for about 650. I had anxiety walking in but my best buy guy was patient even though i kept calling an SD card a USB port. You guys are the best!! Its up and running and its perfect!

The staff there was particularly helpful. Even got me set up with the correct printer. It's for and elderly person who will rarely use it. So instead of an inkjet that can dry up and clog with non-use, he got me a cheap laser printer for just a little bit more. That will work better in the long run. Good job crew!

I had to get a new computer so we headed north to Traverse City and Best Buy. We looked and discussed with salesman and found one that would work.
The salesman was friendly and answered our questions clearly. Now we are waiting to get the data transferred .
We've always gotten good service at this location.

Store is well laid out and staff is helpful, saw a customer getting help loading items in the parking lot, I was offered help with my TV as well.

Pricing is good, displays were all operating, parking lot is ample, and restrooms were clean, not much more you could ask for.

Great store.... always friendly and helpful. Great place to buy electronics and phones, but also their appliance selection and prices are top notch.

Came in to replace my husbands Kindle. Andy was a huge help and pointed me in the right direction. He knew exactly what I was talking about and where to go in the store. Thanks for the help and making my shopping trip an easy stop.

We needed help with buying a printer. Thomas was amazing! He explained the differences between printers, helped us get what we needed, and even carried the printer out to our car for us. The printer is great! It is exactly what we wanted and was even on sale! I am extremely happy with the entire experience. This isn't our first purchase here. We have always been very happy with the products and customer service at the Traverse City store!

Justin brought us up to speed on the latest smart tv options and helped us find a great choice at an amazing price. Even carried it out to the car!

Was here for a Geek Squad appointment twice. Had an appointment but had to wait a bit still the first time as I think they were understaffed but once I was seen they were very friendly and helpful. Got my AirPods fixed and in my pickup appointment they checked over everything pretty fast.

I go here more than any other brick and motor store in the Traverse City Area. I am pretty much what they would call a regular haha. I always have a great experience here and made friends with a good amount of the staff here. Always friendly and the Geek Squad is very informative and there is one fella that I can say is over-qualified but I am very thankful that he chooses to nonetheless work there. Always can communicate any sort of issue, troubleshooting situation, or computer specs and abilities in any form, from top tech talk to talking to grandma and grandpa style. I know that if I get it from here it's going to be a good experience and if any issues arise that they will be taken care of accordingly. The people and product(s) are amazing.

Mitch in the geek squad department was great! :D thanks for all the help. I jumped through hoops with several agents over the phone but my experience in store was excellent and understood. Now I have protection on my very expensive laptop so I can use it without worry!
