Sam's Club

Our visit today to Sam's Club was great. Store is very clean. Staff are friendly. Shelves full and fronted. Pricing is good. Selection is pretty good, depending on what you're after and how much you need. Our shopping list was simple so no issues finding exactly what we needed. Surprised my partner with red roses too, which was icing on the cake.

The bakery is awesome and they work with only 1-2 days notice. We got our wedding cake and hundreds of cupcakes from this sam's club bakery. All have been delicious!!

The pharmacy people are GREAT!! They are smart,helpful & always have a smile on & they seem to work well with each other. I would like to give them tips for doing such a GREAT JOB!!! But was told I could not. :-( This rule needs be changed!!! LOL seriously though it does need to be changed. The store as a whole has some great employees. Thanks Diane Haugen

The Sams Club of Traverse City, Michigan. A very huge store to put it lightly. Has a bit of everything, from basic stuff to the more important things to the fun stuff. From food to non-food items. Tires, cleaning products, heck even mopeds lol. Baby stuff, adult stuff, liquor, drinks, literally a bit of everything haha. Always an enjoyable experience and not a bad thing to say about it.Would recommend that you get a Sams Club Membership though to make things better and with some price reduction and for their own personal Sams Club gas station that is in the back area of the parking lot. Exclusive ONLY to Sams Club Members. So it's not clogged up like so many of the gas stations around here, and on top of that it's not dangerous to be around as it is in a Parking Lot instead of by the crazy bustling street. Very nice touch to say the least.

I was just disappointed today at Sam's Club's they did not have my chai latte tea

If you like Costco, you'll be very comfy here, same wide aisles, good selection, bulk pricing.

The debate rages on who has the better hot dog, but Sam's does have a better selection at their food counter. Parking is ample, as expected.

One difference is that Sam's doesn't seem to check for membership proof to get in, but you still need it to purchase anything.

There is always a great selection of food here at the Traverse City Sams club. What is nice is that they do carry a lot of the local winery wines! Sometimes it is hard to find help but if you go to the front they are nice about calling an employee to help with a big item.

Sam's club is always a nice visit. The pharmacy staff is so helpful and professional. Not to mention they are so kind. The store is always clean. They keep everything stocked. All the employees are helpful and professional and meet all of your needs. plus Sam's explores other types of food and that is exciting and it's delicious. They make Sam's club so enjoyable by their kindness. Look forward to my next trip💜💜💜🎶🎶🎶

Sam's club of traverse city. What you would come to expect from any sam's club that you go too. Store is clean and always stocked. The workers there are always pleasant and helpful.

Very helpfull good sale prices

Sam's was fully stocked with great selections, where as other stores in our area have empty shelves. The scan and go feature is so great and easy to use. Saves a lot of time. Associates are very plentiful, helpful, and always friendly.

Supply chain is still causing issues with some items. Prices have gone up. Number of people working at register has decreased they make you use self check out if you aren't willing to weight in line. Staff friendly. Store clean.

Staff very friendly & helpful. They explained benefits of upgrading membership and helped me to do that. Store looks clean.

Good place to purchase at bulk prices and to get gas.

I love our Sam’s Club in Traverse City, Mi. They are hard working, nice people in the entire place. I do have to name a few employees specifically. Recently I have had several interactions with the optical department. They are always very busy during the summer, yet happy. Hemelinda, Deanna (I might have her name wrong) and Jon are amazing! They work well together and always go above and beyond. Earl in the hearing department is always very sweet and kind to my mom every time she has any problems with her hearing aides. We are very lucky especially during these difficult times of finding good employees that care! Hopefully, everyone at our Sam’s is truly appreciated!!! Personally, I thank you all for doing such a great job!
