Service was amazing the entire time I was there. I was only there for about 20 minutes. Because I knew exactly what I was going in for and in that time, I had 3 employees ask me if I was finding everything OK.

Always helpfully employees. For a big box store they have quit a few knowledgeable project specific employees.

So I had made a hefty purchase on a zero turn and ended up scheduling delivery but went ahead and picked it up because delivery was 2 weeks out. So they ended up trying to deliver a second mower and I told the driver I had picked it up 2 weeks prior and asked if they charged the delivery fee, he said to call and give his name and make sure I wouldn’t be charged so I called the store and talked to Brad and he was freaking awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t charged so thank you so much!! I give you 5 stars for excellent customer service and outstanding knowledge!

I always get the help I need. The most help I need is in electrical and Tom Veith always solves my problem and seems happy to have been of service to me. Associates are 99% pleasant and seem to want to help and more often than not with a smile. Only one time I have had someone be s little rough and that was during a return. I understand that policies need followed but but a friendly "we can't do it that way" is accepted. It's policy so this is understood by me. The head cashier/managing cashier answered in a tone I felt was not necessary since I hadn't questioned anything or made a comment. I finished my return and went to pick up more parts. I have been going to Lowe's in Springfield, Ohio since they were located on Leffels Lane. Due to the experiences I've had with Lowe's I don't think I've been in Home Depot more than a dozen times. I owned 33 rental units from 1990 until I started selling them in 2012. You know I've been to Lowe's often over the years as I tried to take care of my own handyman work. Thank you Lowe's and Lowe's employees for a great 30 plus years of great service!Tom Veith and Bob Bennett are both very knowledgeable and so very helpful. Thank you both for your considerate help in helping me solve my problems. Hope I quit doing odd jobs before either of you retire from Lowes!

Very limited supply of non-dimmable LED light bulbs on shelf, but eventually found some.

Katy in cabinet design is awesome. Very knowledgeable. And gives you ideas you didn't even think of.

I have been in Lowe's flooring department 4 times over the past 3 months. Dave & 2 others helped us with decisions on the best flooring! Each time the customer service was outstanding. I wish I could remember the other 2 ladies names! love our Lowe's!

Our Lowe's in Springfield is absolutely great! The employees are so knowledgeable about each area, especially the garden section and everyone is so friendly and happy to help. Always well stocked and high quality products. Never had any issues with returns or customer service. We're there almost every other day!

Needed help finding fuses, employee was very helpful in locating them and very polite. Checkout was speedy. Very pleased with the quick simple trip.

Lowe's is great for home improvement needs. Great prices. Friendly service and the help is always knowledgeable of what I am looking for when I visit the store. Lowe's offers a professional installation service or you can always just do the work yourself.

Our shower pipes busted. We went to Lowe's for the replacement parts. Marc was very very helpful. We got the pipes fixed and didn't have to make any trips back. Thanks to Marc we are doing fine.

Don't buy samsung front loaders my washer went put after 12 months if you do buy the extended plan bc that works with lowes and after I went through the process I got a new 1 lowes wus grate

I bought some paint for my garage door from Lowe’s. Shelby was extremely helpful. She recommended the finish. I had no idea which one would be the best. I did know which brand to buy . Shelby showed me the different finishes and explained the why’s . My son later to told me that was the right one. I’ve looked at some of the other reviews and the people in different departments weren’t sure about the products but Shelby knew her stuff .
