Harbor Freight Tools

I stopped in to inquire about a return. I expected that I would be disappointed and given the run around. I asked for the store manager because I figured this would be the best course of action. However, store supervisors Tana and Manson asked what help I needed. To my surprise, they were able to facilitate my request. They were friendly and helpful. The problem was quickly resolved. Harbor Freight has empowered their employees to provide exceptional customer service.

Best deals ever! If you think just because the product isn't a "big name" that it won't work as good... Well a countless number of tools ranging from power washers, air compressors, obd diagnostic tools, and wrenches/sockets. I have had them for YEARS with almost daily use and have yet to let me down. Also the staff they have in store are some of the best people. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!

This is a great Harbor Freight location. The staff are friendly and helpful. They were able to pre-sale a trailer that was not currently in stock during my last visit. This allowed me to use the current promotion price and save me from searching around for the item in stock.

I walked in for a can of white lithium grease and after walking in circles unsuccessfully for ten minutes I asked a worker who was able to guide me to the lubricant section. I've visited this site several times in the last year, the workers are always friendly and helpful and the store is well stocked and clean. No complaints.

I am always pleased with the service I get from Harbor Freight. The employees are friendly and ask if they can help me find things. Super nice people. Tools are fairly priced. Good sales. I go there all the time.

Great way to save money on tools! But pay attention to what your buying. I got some electric chainsaws. Dont get me wrong the saws are awesome. But...they don't carry extra chains for them. At least at the Springfield Ohio store. They had to be shipped to me from their main office. And they were not cheap, so beware when you buy. It really is an awesome store though.

I shop there on a regular basis! You couldnt ask for a more friendly knowledgeable staff! They work hard at making sure that all your needs are met, that your shopping experience is a good one, and you leave there happy! Manager Roman, is the best of the best! Awesome store great people but you will not find 33mm socket there on the shelf... but then again how often does anyone show up asking for a 33mm socket... lol me just me I'm the only one... stop in even just to browse they always have massive discounts on some really good stuff...

So glad Springfield now has a Harbor Freight! Great place to grab a few new tools on the cheap. Great coupons and super coupons. A good portion of my tools have been purchased through harbor freight and I've put them through a good amount of abuse and they're still holding up well.

Clean store, friendly staff. They let you browse while the wife shops next door. Always end up buying something. Good deal on disposable latex gloves

Harbor Freight tools is an interesting place. First of all, the staff is very knowledgeable about where things are. That is very helpful when you want to find things fast. The prices are extremely reasonable. You definitely can find useful tools and supplies there without bankrupting your wallet to afford them.

Talk about deals on tools and a variety of goods. Very low prices making it affordable for today's economy when you need tools or other items you may need but have a budget!!! The associate there even gave me 20%off coupon but you get these if you sign up their newsletter on Google. plus they usually have a pamphlet at the register with discounts and coupons on them.
