Smaller than the old stores but they have good selection and clean inside. Purchased shirts I couldn't find at other retailers. Glad to see them back!

I love Sears! 100 years ago, you could literally buy a house from them and they’d ship the whole thing to you via a rail car! Wish we had such convenience today.

The reopening of Sears Burbank is beautiful, great update, prices are fantastic, the employees are really excited that be back too. I love how they reopened it and seeing Sears loyal customers shopping buying Sears products, it's great being able to buy at the store vs online because the store has so much to offer. I look forward to buy here as much as I can because we need the stores we love Sears stores.

Well stocked departments as well as great selection to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a visit

Sears stores have always been on top of my most favorite stores in
town. This place looks very simple yet very stunning that every
customer will surely love. Despite of having lots of customers they
always make sure that all their items are well arranged and that looks
very pleasing to the eyes. They often have lots of sales but even
without those big sales, they still are very affordable

Great customer service professionals they where easy to deal with in buying a washer & dryer and they have it all including jewelry and bicycle's

Chatted with salesman with questions on a washer with agitator for mom. Side note...Best machines to get out the stains in clothes. Discussed an extra large capacity Kenmore washer and every aspect of it. Satisfied, I agreed to the purchase. Best part of it was that it was on sale! Salesman added the washer, hose and warranty to my account. I paid. I opted to pick it up so I could take mom. Upon arrival they were quick to bring out the washer, open the box and allow mom to inspect it. She was satisfied. It was loaded onto the truck with no problems. Mom has been running the washer with no problems. Satisfied customer.

This place looks OLD, like 80s. But I got admired, the sales más named WILLIAM has an outstanding customer service!!!! Was so helpful kind and with a lot of knowledge. I got surprised 😮 so see kind he were! Thank you gentlemen

I love Sears. I have spent thousands of dollars here on clothes and tools. I love the ease of shopping here, and the clothes always last a long time. I like the brands they carry, and prices are great.

The store is open perfect

I was at Sears to buy a tv stand. The one I bought was such a good price. I brought it home but I couldnt figure out how to put it together. I went back to the store and told them I needed help. They were more than happy to help me. Andre Serobyan and Sergio Mendoza took care of tv stand. I appreciate their kindness. I will go back to Sears to thank them again.
